How and why have the mini project workshops contributed towards the development of your employability?
The mini project workshop highly contributed towards my development of employability as by the assistance of this project I learnt many things which
developed my various skills and competencies. It improves my problem solving skills which will help me in my professional career in resolving the issues in an
effective way. In the current competitive environment, various issues are faced by organisations. So, development of problem solving skills will help me in
resolving the issues successfully and enable organisation to ride out the storm. Apart from this, I learnt that it is very important to have good communication
skills as without it, no individual can be able to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively. In context of employability, communication is very effective
skill and is very much required in each and every organisation. As communication occurs all the time in the organisation, having good communication skill will
help in developing good relationship with co-workers as well as superiors and therefore, assist in developing effective working environment and completing the
work in efficient way. It not only makes me able to satisfy the customers by providing them with goods and services offered by company but, also assist in
attracting them more towards the organisation. Thus, having good communication skills is very necessary and by this mini workshop project, I learnt about how
to communicate effectively with others which helped me a lot in presenting my views and opinions effectively in front of other people and make them
understand what I want to say. This workshop supports me in improving my communication which will help me in getting good employment in future. Apart
from this, the samples and photos associated with work which were produced in the class helps in keeping things remember as well as having better analysis of
them. In addition to this, SWOT analysis helped in determining my strengths and weaknesses and made me able to take effective actions in order to improve
my weak areas and overcome my threats. In order to work in an organisation in an effective way, having good skills and knowledge is very much necessary.
This mini workshop project provided me with adequate learnings and knowledge that will help me in my future career growth. All the knowledge and skills
which I acquired through this mini workshop project will make me able to perform my roles and responsibilities in my professional career in an effective
manner. It not only improved my communication skills and problem solving skills, but also so help me with time management and other skills. I learnt about
how to manage time properly so that all the assigned tasks and activities can be performed on specified time. To sum up, I can say that the mini project
workshops that I undertake during my module helped me a lot contributed in development of my employability. It not only helped me in performing effectively
in my academic career but will also assist me in getting good employment in future and make me able to perform effectively and complete my assigned roles
and responsibilities in an adequate way. Apart from this, it will also help me in accomplishing my career objectives.
