1. Introduction:
This section is reflection based on the mini workshop that I have attended which contribute in development
of my social and ethical responsibilities. It has covered crucial information related to social and ethical
responsibilities that are become necessary so that no undue harm can be caused to any individuals in any
circumstances. Moreover, it has highlighted points related to usefulness of twelve appendixes that I have filled in
the report.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why
they contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility. (500
words)

The mini project workshops that I have attend has helped me in understanding various things related to
importance of social and ethical awareness and responsibilities for individuals in living in the society. Such as
I am able to know that social responsibility is ethical theory which specifies that an particular person is wholly
accountable for its activities and duties towards society (Dhawan, 2017). Likewise it is responsibility of person
to give equal respect and recognition or value to each individual or need not have to discriminate among them
on basis of age, gender, class and any other criteria. Moreover, to make best use of available resources so
that all individuals have sufficient amount of them to satisfied their respective requirements. At the same time
individuals must honestly, friendly and ethically communicate all necessary things to others so that no harm
or negative impact can be caused to it. The workshop has also help in understanding that social and ethical
responsible citizen has to give equal chance to all people to share their perspectives related to any topic. I
have also learned that the awareness can be generated through social media platform as most of the people
make use of them in order to have fun and enjoyment. Thereby, different social platform will lead in
generating awareness among range of individuals in limited time frame (Okeke, 2020).
3. In a paragraph or two explain the value or usefulness of the Appendices (12 Documents) that you have
compiled and provided as part of your portfolio.
It can be illustrated from above understanding that the twelve Appendices that are complied in the portfolio
are useful for me as they helps me in reflecting on my existing strength, weakness which further lead in
identifying existing opportunities and threat present in external environment. So, on the basis of personal audit or

SWOT, I am able to plan necessary action that I could take to make further improvement for getting the benefit
of available opportunities. Secondly, the Appendices has helped me in understanding differences between
effective and ineffective communication, advantages and disadvantages of three academic skills and good and
bad attribute related to social and ethics. Thus, it finally leads in personal development of myself by framing an
action plan to achieve specific goals within particular timeframe.
4. Conclusion:
It can concluded from the above understanding that social and ethical responsibilities is concept of
considering all ethical values, moral principle and belief while complete respective task. Overall the
workshop has helped in development of my existing skills and knowledge related to social and ethical
responsibilities.
