Reflective Summary
These mini workshop project has helped me a lot in the development of my employability as
well as raised my social awareness. Since the activity of time management taught me that
why it is necessary to manage the time and prioritization of activities. Through this concept I
came to realise that why and how to manage the time and how to equally allot the time
towards the activities. In the same way through the activity of SWOT analysis I came to
analyse my own strength and weakness. I also understood that how my strength will help
me to grab the future opportunities and how and in which manner if I will not overcome
over my weakness then how they hinder my progress and become thereat for me. Likewise,
while when I perform group activity and perform the role of coordinator under the Belbins
team, I realize that how co-ordination leads to the achievement of the goal of the team. This
activity also taught me about the role of coordinator in the team. Similarly, the use of
various application including Linkedin and Monstor, I came to know the various available job
position in the market. These applications help me find most suitable job for me. The
session of academic writing also helped me to improve my level of writing and develops the
quality of professionalism. This session taught me to express my thoughts and ideas in a
presentable manner. Thus, it has helped me a lot in raising my level of employ-ability. Also,
the activities of CV and cover letter taught me that how to make the CV and the cover letter
presentable that will lead me to the getting of employment. Since both are the concept that
is being helpful for an individual to have his presentation so preparing and making the CV
and the cover letter would lead me towards the direction of grabbing and getting the
employment and the employability. Also, when I practice the session of interview I
understood that how interviewer will the question and what and how those questions are
needed to be answered. This session prepares me mentally that how to attempt the rounds
of interview. Also, when I perform the workshop of employ-ability skill in came to know that
what are the important employment skill that is needed in job. Through this session I got
the idea that what are the skills I have and what skills are needed to be developed by me in
order to grab good employment. As one workshop is related with the referencing session so

from that session I came to know that how to make the text more effective and raise its
validity. I also learned that how referencing from books, journals and website increases the
authenticity of the written text. Likewise, during pursuing the session of reflective log I came
to know that how to make and write the reflective writing. I also learned that how top
reflect the idea or the concept that is being physically experienced. Lastly the profile over
LinkedIn raises the chances of my employability in terms of getting best job as per my level
of specialization. Likewise, through this profile I'm also able to make communication with
the concerned employer that again raise the chances of employ-ability. Thus, it would not
be wrong to said that the sessions that is being attended by me helped me a lot in
developing practical approach and the employ-ability as well as broaden up my social
awareness.
