Development is a continuous process of extending freedoms for all individuals, male and female,
on an equal footing. Overall production will grow if women's abilities and talents are adequately
used. Women currently make up 40% of the global work force and much more than half of the
worlds largest college students. For example, if female farmers had equal access to productive
like land and fertilisers as males, agricultural production in underdeveloped nations might rise by
2.5 to 4%. Closing the gender gap in well-being is as important as lowering poverty levels in

children's survivorship and healthy expansion. There are several reason through which an girls is

adolescence. Girls are significantly more affected by child marriage than males. Apart from there
are so many reasons that affect society and development of the society like Gender equality is
first and foremost a social justice issue, ensuring that all people have equal access to rights,
resources, and opportunity. However, it enriches and secures our civilizations. Women's rights,
in other words, is both a precondition of growth and an issue of long-term peace and stability.
Apart from this there are several causes of the Gender inequality like an even exist to education,
job separation, lack of Religious freedom, lack of political representation, with medical care,
lack of legal protection and many more. Gender discrimination is very important because it helps
in the economic development. Sister never development of this society is completely dependent

societies. Apart from this this report also going to consider literature review and some aims in
order to analyse the prevalence of gender discrimination in Conservative society in their effects
on their development and growth of young girls.
Rationale
Gender inequality seems a pervasive feature in developing nations; for example, women are also
found to be underrepresented among the top positions in most of the nations, even across the
most developed nations, the average incidence of females among managers is less than 30%. The
more discriminatory a social institution would be a lower rate showed by female participation is
seen within the labour force (Oecd.org, 2021). For instance, early marriages being largely forced
seem a major factor here and accessing the paid jobs to women seems critical not only for
personal development but also for economic growth and development.

As a consequence of the above facts, it is found that the young girls once seeing that their
mother, sisters, cousins and other people of the same gender are rudely discriminated in this
world concerning the professional field, personal well-being, schooling and receiving facilities,
feel low to take a step towards own growth and development. They since their childhood see and
experience that much discrimination, which lowers their confidence level, getting broken down,
losing all strengths and making them feel devastated. These feelings obstruct them to see their
progress, development and growth, as a result, gender discrimination restricts their overall
growth physically, mentally, personally and professionally. Hence, the reason behind carrying
out this research is to identify the effects of gender discrimination on the development and
growth of young girls, specifically in traditionally conservative societies like Yemen, South
Africa and Asia.

chores and caregiving (Unicef.org, 2021). Furthermore, the majority of underpaid and low
