INTRODUCTION
Gender equality in aviation Industry is very important as the in many airline the
employees who attend the guests are female, and they are mistreated, and they have to cooperate
with the misbehavior according to their duties. The global aviation committee have analyzed the
threat that many candidates do not want to participate due to harsh behavior of the guest and the
committee have also made an effort to solve the gender discrimination in the particular industry
so the employees can work in the safe environment.
Problems faced in Aviation Industry
Aviation industry is known for decades because of its class as not many people were
capable to travel in any airlines but after the commercialization the airlines fares dropped
drastically and tit also attracted many customers from middle social class of the society due to
the huge competition in the market the aviation industry have evolved with many policies to
encourage the society to travel in the airlines and what are the services provided by them. But
the aviation industry also faced some problems in performing their business and which caused
them to have ineffective activity. (Tinoco and Rivera, 2017)The females in the aviation industry
are not treated well and which caused the major problem in the industry as female employees are
80% of the total employees in the aviation industry. This created the airlines to financially fall
and also loose their customers due to the lack of employment in the industry as the females are
not safe to serve for the company when they are not safe and are not respected.
Woman are the major factor which gives charm to the aviation sector and also provide
sophisticated communication to their customers and in survey it is founded that women are more
patient in controlling their feelings than men and which benefited the companies as they do not
have to employee men staff and female staff at the same time. But the woman are discriminated
because of their gender by other employees, customers. The woman are also treated as they are
not capable, and they are not allowed to the activity which any men can do. The aviation
industry do not employee any women in the engineering department or pilots as they do not trust
on their capabilities. The society is also responsible for this as they see women like that and have
no problem as in ancient times the women were supposed to be dominated by the men and were
supposed to obey men no matter how wrong that person is. (Hart, 2018)

In aviation industry the lack of diversity of staff is also the reason of gender inequality as
there are mainly women. The aviation industry is also not giving chance to women to be pilot as
there is shortage of pilot in the industry and the time will come when there will be the downfall
of aviation industry and no women will be able to work in that.
The stereotype of the society is hindering in the growth of the industry and it is also
lacking with the excellent talents which can be the women, and they are also having the
competition in the market which they have to compete with the better potential in their human
resources and that can only be possible if they the industry treat all men and women equally and
provide with equal job opportunities to them according to the requirements and qualifications.
The human interaction and interrelation skills are becoming very important in the industry day
by day and the women are born with soft skills which only need to be brushed up and they can be
more efficient than men in the company. The stereotypical industry understands that the industry
have no place for women as this industry is for men in all about men power and no women can
beat any men in their work. (Durbin, Page and Walby, 2017)
The management is the aviation industry is also the roof about the gender inequality of
women as the top-level is majorly acquired by all men and the lower level of management is by
appointed by women and there still partiality to women as mane are given help in their work as
the same level but not women which also discourage the women to work efficiency in the
industry and also not give their best as this segregation can also lead to depressions in women
and anxiety while doing their work. (Dimitriou and Sartzetaki, 2020)
As there are many examples where the women are objectified for sexuality to attract the
customers and also increase the sales. Which also caught many instances on the controversy in
the industry. And the movies also how women as the doing the work to please the customer and
not for the responsible roles which put a wrong message to the society and this creates a gap
between men and women.
The issues in the career of women start from the job selection the men in the industry
make it difficult for the women to get higher than men, and they purposely appoint them as their
lower level manager as it will hurt the self-esteem if the men to work under any women.(Wohl,
2015)

customers tell all the information about what are they supposed to do when there is a case of

as in any emergency it will be helpful and it can also avoid any problem from becoming big and i
also need to know about resource management also that I can increase my efficiency in dealing
with the customers effectively. (Ferla and Graham, 2019)I should also be honest and trust worthy
to my passengers and do not touch any of the belonging of the passengers if the customers do not
say so. I should always have a positive attitude which will also help the passengers to be more
comfortable in communicating with be and also be able to connect me. As the flight attendant I
must also have to be checked thoroughly if I am not having any disease and I am well to travel as
if I travel with my disease there are chances that I can also transmit my disease to the passengers
and that will decrease the satisfaction level of them which is good for the goodwill of the
company and it can also decrease the sales of the company. The company will also appreciate me
for my good work and also provide me with good rewards to do efficient job and which will help
