tried their best to come up with certain amendments which has been showing positive changes
since last couple of years.
It is necessary to aware each and every people regarding Equality Act, 2010 as it is one of
those Act where it has been clearly written that no body is allowed to judge other people on the
basis of disability (Burton, 2014). From the commenced Act, it can be easily said that no one
allowed to discriminate other as it is against the law. If this is found again and again then legal
action can be taken at any period of time. Some of the changes that can be done in this field is
that awareness program can be conducted as it is one of those field which demotivate disable
people. It is necessary that how people react with disable people because it have the direct effect
in the work nature of a disable person. Although, laws have been commenced but it has been not
providing much and more benefit. So, it is necessary to bring some changes in the which might
being positive impact in the society.
In context of Vodafone, they are one of those company where main focus of employer is
to provide job opportunity to each and every staffs who are working in the premisses of a
company. Vodafone have maintain the decorum where each and every facilities are being
provided to them so that employee's who are physically disable can also give their 100% which
is very necessary at current scenario (Delanois and et. al., 2018). The main motto of a company
is that how employee's can adjust in the environment so that they will not face any kind of issue
in future regarding disability. Even Vodafone have commenced some of the by-laws which
helps to reduce the overall percentage of discrimination with disable working who are working in
the premisses of a company. The concept which they have created in the organisation shows that
level of working efficiency should be equal of common and disable employee's. This are some of
the area which have been changed by Vodafone just after the commencement of Equality Act,
2010 (Conley, 2012).
Literature Review: Equality Act 2010 on Disability
According to 'Rupert Harwood', it indicates that disable people are being suffered from
various kinds of discrimination. It can be clearly seen that the major favouritism is in the point of
wages levels and employment rates (What Has Limited the Impact of UK Disability Equality
Law on Social Justice? 2017). Disable people are the part of that society in UK where employee
need to suffer with more social injustice which is one of the major problem problem at current

rights, still concept can't be amended in the mind of employer and other people too. There are
many grounds on which disable employee's feels uncomfortable with company because
organisation doesn't provide any surety regarding their job which being fear in the eyes of
employee's.
It is found that the facilities which are being provided to normal employee's are not being
given to disable people which is one the main area of discrimination which need to be changed
very soon. As, it can build negative mindset among those people who are in suffering from the
problem. This can be done only if laws can be amended and where favour must be done to
disable group. Still, lots of modification is required so that rights can be distributed to every
group of people equally. It is found that laws which have been commenced in this field is not
that effective which can remove the problem of discrimination. The main question which have
been raised by the writer is that, can the status be revised to better meet the need of Flexible
workforce which is very crucial at the moment.
According to 'Chris Moses', the main abstract which is being faced by those people who
are suffering from various problem related to disability (How Equal is the Equality Act, 2010?
2017). The main aim of commencing Equality Act, 2010 was to combine nine different laws into
single Act, but this law is also not so effective as results are still not being seen in a positive nod
which have been the major drawbacks of this law. It is important that how the concept of people
can be changed so that discrimination on various topic can be resolved. The most important topic
at current position is that how people deal with this matter as no one is allowed to discriminate
other's as it is against the law. In every organisation it is essential that disable people are treated
because it directly effect on the work of respective person. The major concern is that how people
is going to be treated under the circumstances of disabilities and also, it is the responsibility of
every individual that how they take action action those person who does discrimination.
Here, the European Convention on Human Rights must do amendments because this laws
are still not working to provide justice to every people. This is the matter which has been taking
place because many of the groups still doesn't have the knowledge regarding the law which have
been commenced for protecting the rights. It is necessary that new law regarding the protection
of human rights should be commenced under Human Rights Act, 2010. Rigorous punishment
should be given to all those employee's or even employer too if discrimination is being done of
