Feminist Theory This is the sociological study or Theory prospectivehelps to identify the sociological information of gender in relation to the power. From the 1848 there was the feminist moments till 2008.feminist are the individuals who beliefs that there should be equality in males and females(Moradi and Grzanka,2017).The feminist movement was the series of political campaigns which wasusedto reform the issues of sexual and gender inequalities.Such as equal play, sexual harassment, maternity leave, reproductive rights etc.this theory helps to effectively identify the inequalities in gender related problems. This focus on the examination of the social conflict approaches, which involves in the management of the inequalities and gender roles. Such as the Radical feminism use to consider the roles of family in maintenance of the male dominance.Such as in the patriarchal societiesrole and contribution of the men's consider as the more important and valuable then women's. In that society women's viewpoint is not consider as importantand consider as the invalid, due to the patriarchal perspective and arrangementswhich taken for granted.Patriarchy is the set of structure which incorporate the (relationship, power, position and rights) which belief to the different for the men's and women's as they are consider as the unequal categories.Patriarchy is can be consider as the dominant gender ideology in context to the sexual differences(Ratnaand Samie, 2017).Because on the
basis of this concept the physiological sex difference of male and females is related to difference of their abilities and characteristic. And in further activities of social roles and inequalities differentiation this difference are used as the justifying factors of unequal rewards, position of power and privilege.
