Germline Immortality: Understanding the Mechanism and Significance_3

INTRODUCTION
Germline immortality is defined as the topic which is usually intrigued theoretical biologists'
interest in the term of aging for the last century. The germ cell is the lineage that is usually
passed from one generation to the next. While taking the contrast of the somatic cell, it is well
analyzed that they are required only for the single generation which is discarded. In addition, the
germs cells are usually the mechanism that usually provides the proliferation for eons. Such type
of process is usually associated with the absence from or down-regulated in the somatic cell
which is showing a nonautonomous form of rejuvenation that is formally possible. The germline
immortality is being usually evaluated in the context of nematode Caenorhabditis elagan which is
helpful for the study of mutants that help to reproduce the normal for several generations but
they become sterile. The mortal germline is usually associated with probably become which is
sterile as the consequence of accumulating various forms of damage which are related to the
cellular level. In this, it helps to show the context of germline which is immortal, and their
mechanism which is evaluated (Banerji, Panamarova and Zammit, 2020).
MAIN BODY
Slide 1
In first slide, the history and the information of evolution are circulated which is based on
the rationale of germline immortality. The germ cell is usually a highly specialized cell that
forms from the gamete and they are the only cell within the stimulus that makes a contribution
towards the gene to offspring. Since the genetic information is usually considered within the
aspect of germ cell which is passed from generation to generation. Therefore, it shows the
possibility due to the aspect of evolution that is 1.5 billion years. It is usually possible that the
germ cells possess unique strategies in order to protect and transmit the genetic information
which is usually considered (Buffet and et. al., 2018).
Slide 2
The second slide is usually helpful to generate the information which is related to the
asymmetric cell division which is showing the process where the generation of two cells with
distinct fates. Asymmetric cell division usually produces two daughter cell which is analyzed
with the help of an image that is present in the slide. In addition, the change in the color of
