of time. The system also provides with several functions that include booking of both cabs and
hotel along with food. The report initially comprises of the brief introduction of the entire report
and describes the whole overview of the management carried out during the execution of the
project which comprises of work statement of the desired project; it expresses the constraints and
objectives of the project. It even divides the team members according to their work and
schedules a plan for the project.
Later it consists of a plan for proposed strategic alignment and an entire description regarding the
current pursuing system comprising of issues, problems, and constraints. It consists of an

adding more payment modes in addition to PayPal for example E-wallet and by making users
aware regarding the nearby stores from where they can purchase tickets (Henderson and
Venkatraman, 1992).
5. Description of current system
The project of ‘Getaways Travels’ is currently working efficiently because of great team
contribution. Although it is successful enough to meet user requirements but still the team
decided to add few amendments in the system for better working of ‘Getaways Travels’.
5.1. Issues
Users are unaware of the available nearby stores from where they can buy or collect their
tickets.
In addition to PayPal, more modes of payments like E-Wallet and credit cards must be
introduced to make the payment methods simpler and easier for users.
The system lacks a feedback page on social media that allows the user to share their trip
experience.
It doesn’t regularly notify the user regarding the latest updates that are proposed by
‘Getaways Travels’.

At the time of team meetings, many of the team members are not gathered or collected

decided to add few amendments in the system for better working of ‘Getaways Travels’.
5.1. Issues
Users are unaware of the available nearby stores from where they can buy or collect their
tickets.
In addition to PayPal, more modes of payments like E-Wallet and credit cards must be
introduced to make the payment methods simpler and easier for users.
The system lacks a feedback page on social media that allows the user to share their trip
experience.
It doesn’t regularly notify the user regarding the latest updates that are proposed by
‘Getaways Travels’.
