In this, the business model consists of energy generation, mining, engineering, and metals by using the industry friendly services. This foundation supports the entire program across the globe. GFG alliance objectives, values, and culture GFG foundation main objective is to address the growing skill gap in the industry. In order to achieve this objective, it also inspires the young people with the help of structured work experienced for seeking their careers in engineering. The leadership team also provides the training to mature its workers for up skill as per the modern industry. It has also aim of improving the prospects of 5000 people over a period of three year. In order to achieve these objectives, leader is effectively utilising its skills and capabilities. GfG foundation is tied to several values. The value is to embracing all its members as well as stakeholders of its extended family. It will also operate the business in performing over time and building the legacy for future. The leader of GFG has stated that all these values are lensed through which it look at all aspects of business. By using its effective leadership skills, the CEO of GFG (Sanjeev Gupta) is able to guide its team members in effective and correct way (GFG alliance, 2013). GFG alliance has the culture of entrepreneur that built around the values of sustainability, family, and change. The leadership team of company is committed to uncompromising level of strong customer centricity, safety as well as diversity. All the staff members of GFG experienced the dynamic culture, a fast-paced experience where each one is challenged to make their contribution count (Western, 2019). It is founded that GHF alliance is said to be the leader of sustainable industry. Through the adoption of GREENSTEEL and GREENALUMINIUM strategies, it works according to the rules and regulations. I have ability for promoting the integrity among the group members. I always work as role model for all the other members. I also communicate in proper manner whenever I have to discuss anything with all the team members. Each conversation with my team members I took place in a positive manner. Developing my own leadership style helps me in using each style appropriately. I always admire Participative leadership approach at the time of conflict between the team members (Lam, Huang & Chan, 2015).This style helps me to find out the correct way for success. It also helps in avoiding the conflict that team members are facing. As a leader, it helps me in effectively dealing with my team members. It also helps my leadership skills by taking participation of all the team members. As a leader, the three professional activities that I will focus on are business management activities, supervisory activity as well as training activities. It is true that business management activity will help me in managing my private practice effectively as well as efficiently. Besides this, the supervisory activities will also help me in my management position. Whenever moving to the leadership position, it will effectively work out to lead others (van Driel, Deckx, Cooke, Pirotta, Gill & Winzenberg, 2017).At the time of assuring effective leadership position, I have to lead the team members properly. This will lead also lead to better management practices in the organization. In addition to this, seminars or workshop will also help me in a better way. Through this, I can easily develop my skills of communication that is essential for any of the position in organization (Lambert, 2019). Seminars as well as attending workshops will also enhance my knowledge in varied areas. This will be quite helpful during leading the team members. In this way, all these activities will prove to be helpful at the time of leadership. Conclusion In the limelight of above discussion, it can be concluded that GFG alliance is growing effectively all over the world. It effectively utilising the services by complying with all the measures. In addition to this, participative leadership approach helps it in a better manner to grow further.
