INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are the most essential skills for a person who wants to grow and
build their career in the organisation. It is most beneficial to get a good job in a well reputed
organisation. Hence, it is necessary for an individual to build skills while they are learning and
studying. The following assessment is based upon the Gibb's reflection model with an aim to
share the learning and experience from the same. There are range of skills which are required by
the individual to carry out the activities within the company. There is a requirement to focus on
each and every aspect while learning so that one can grow in the career.
TASK 2
Gibbs' Model of Reflection
The Gibbs model of reflection was founded by Graham Gibbs. He demonstrated a cycle
of reflection that helps an individual to share the learning and experience in several phases. In
order share experience and learning, one must take care at each and every phase so that effective
learning can be done. The following is the discussion of each and every stage to share the
learning experience of the University in an effective way:
Description: This is the first phase of reflective cycle. This stage requires an individual
to describe the situation and then move to the activities properly. Here, I am sharing my learning
experience held while I was studying in the college. I have learned that in order to get a good job
opportunity in a well known organisation, it is essential for me to acquire a degree in the
University. In the University, I have experienced some good and some bad moments. But, the
most important thing is that I was able to get a opportunity to improve my skills for a good job.
These gained skills will help me to get my dream job in the future. For me, it is essential to put
efforts in the activities which shows my contribution and dedication at the same time. I made
good friends as I got a opportunity to interacted with them in the University. This was a good
experience as it helped me at each phase while learning. My mentors and other faculty members
were also cooperating with me and guided me to grow and improve day by day. While I was
studying, there were different tasks and activities held in the university that delivers a good
learning and experience. I was good to communicate with others but attending such tasks and
activities helped to improve with my skills. I have realised that it is essential to grow and acquire
different skills as it will help me to attain a success in my field. As different tasks assigned
