INTRODUCTION
Gibb’s Reflective model is a type of cycle that mainly representing the experience and if
people consciously think about how they could better in next time. Sometimes, it is hard from
them to learn anything at certain level. Gibb’s reflective cycle is useful for identifying
usefulness of people which make sense of situation at workplace (Ostrom and Wilhelmsen,
2019). Furthermore, it also identify what it could improve in future. The documentation will
describe about the personal experience where how it will swaddle a baby which have less
control. It will make plan for event and different theory that look into considerations.
However, it will happen in practices on day and learnt from personal experience. In
additional, it will make action plan and apply an appropriate recommendation towards
improvements.
Personal Reflection
As I am sharing personal experience related the process of swaddling. I am from
Colombia. Initially, I found myself in the dilemma of doing what my traditions told me and
what are different social care. I made the decision to attain training event where I have learnt
many technique of swaddle (Hall and Howard, 2019). It became great experience to explore
my skill which help for handle the new born babies. I have consider the Gibbs learning cycle
which always support for me enhancing own abilities. In order to identify different learning
criteria.
As per personal experience, I have understand about the technique of swaddling
which require for handling new born babies, having less control over their arms. Afterwards,
I have joined the training session where providing better technique to maintain comfort of
babies (Jiusto and Hanlan, 2017). By adopting Gibbs model, I have learnt about the different
technique but I will start with training to identify different patterns which always support for
handling babies effectively. I have believe that sight of precious new life resting in the crafted
cradle. Fitting into an appropriate swaddler melts emotions (Ostrom and Wilhelmsen, 2019).
I could adopt the learning cycle during training event where I have seen that how it will hold
the swaddler method, which might be outdated but parents say it help their baby to sleep.
During training event, I have learnt that how it will use breathable, thin materials
which become suitable. It mainly including the specified cotton to swaddle baby. I have

understand that it become initial stage where I have learnt something new (Jiusto and Hanlan,
2017). In additional, it is an essential in future for maintaining and controlling overall process
of swaddling technique. After learning, I have analysed the overall training where how it can
be implemented in practical approach (Zhang and et.al., 2016). So that I have tried to
improve my skill and knowledge which become important to handle the situation in proper
manner. I have realised that swaddling may be introduced when new baby born. As needed to
practices while showing as sign when I have learning the roll over. This type of transition
them away from different swaddling technique. However, I could try to visualise where use
own hand technique and also freely adjust in the accurate position. If in case I have rolling
over onto their side. Afterwards, I have needed to start learning to roll over as soon as
possible. I have experienced that learning session which improve own ability (Jiusto and
Hanlan, 2017). In this way, I could understand the situation to handle in proper manner. In
most of cases, I have seen that it become difficult for people to swaddling which require to
learn and then applied.
In aspect of learning, I have considered the swaddling which become extremely
important component for increasing the babies sleep. Well, I have to tell you about the
swaddler after attending the training session. As long as I have being properly swaddled, I
know this sound like a form of process but trust me it absolutely help for enhancing the
learning style (Ostrom and Wilhelmsen, 2019). In this way, it always support for me to
improve by skills in quickly manner. On the other hand, I have used various type of swaddler
over the course of my training experience which always provide better idea, thoughts. In my
personal experience, I have absolutely better way to perform technique of swaddler (Foo,
2016). Currently, as I know use exclusively where keep gold babies in proper manner. After
completing training session, I have develop confidence level and also take some practices but
it become well worth. However, I have found that swaddled baby still is not sleeping whether
I have evaluated the issues and problem (Denisoff, 2016). My personal experience give me a
lot of things that useful in future. Afterwards, I have analysed that understand concept where
it can easily deals with any situation and condition in proper manner.
What happen in the practice and learning
Actually I was so confused how to tackle my baby and that is why, I start attending a
training session and it was so wonder so wonderful because I really don’t know it helps me in
such a great extent. Earlier I did not know that swaddling actually creates positive impact
upon baby’s sleep (Mao and et.al., 2020). As I have a baby of 1 year old right now, but when

my daughter was born I found myself in a dilemma of doing what my tradition told me. That
is why, there is a need to attend the training session that helps me to determine how to tackle
a small child or new born baby. Thus, during a training session, I realize that learning as a
behavior is one of the best learning process that will help to let people understand about the
things. On the other side, I like the way of trainer explaining the things such that through the
dialogues or a social practice. I think that it is the best way to learn the things and let other
understand the same.
Further, I enjoy my training session when the trainer use social practice which is
dialogue with others. Under this method, I easily understand because the trainer provide
practical example which assist all the trainees to understand the things in better manner. On
the other side, I also analyzed that one of the team mate find issue and he still did not
understand trainer meaning (Miller and Mcleod, 2018). But trainer explain everything and at
that time, I also analyzed that it is quit beneficial. On the other side, trainer also provide lots
of swaddling method that assist me to handle the ne born babies. Such that the first is
diamond swaddle in which trainer explain the things through practical manner. Such that they
describe each and every process of diamond swaddle and I also perform the same in my
home so that it will not cause any harm and provide better sleep to my daughter as well.
Further, in the training I also learn another type of swaddling i.e. Sleep Sack swaddle which
is one of the faster option which is quite easy for every parents to tackle the new born babies
and provide them comfortable environment as well.
Moreover, I also analyzed that this training session is quite effective and also provide
range of new option to carry a child and handle them easily. These two types of swaddling is
quite essential for every child for every child and that is why, I attend the training session and
now I am able to carry a child. Further, whatever I learn from the training session, at the same
night I also apply the same in order to check whether I learn the things or not. Further, during
the session, I also learn that by swaddling arms of baby's can be effectively prevent from
reflex from waking up. It also help babies to feel comfort. it also provide safety as babies can
scratch their face. In the same, i come to realize that there is a need to wrap a baby so that
they may easily sleep and enjoy their dreams as well.
Through the training session I also realized that swaddling actually allow the parents
to protect their babies from getting harm. Also, it will creates a positive sights for the parents
as well. Not only this, swaddling also provide safety to the babies from getting any scratch to

their face and this will allow them to provide better sleeping environment too. Overall,
through the training session, I also analyzed that I learn how to protect the child and also care
for them. Moreover, I further, analyzed that there I there is a need to improve my presentation
skills because when my trainer ask me a question I am not able to present my thoughts to
them and as a result, it creates a wrong impression upon them (Muzaini and Yeoh, 2016).
Further, I also analyzed that when the training session was over, our trainer collect feedback
from others so that come to know the improvement areas and their strength. I think that it is
consider one of the best method that helps to determine the areas of improvement which in
turn assist to attain the weakness in future.
In the same way, through the training, I learn the different methods of swaddling but
on the other side, I also analyze my weakness which needs to be improved so that it will
assist me in my future. Thus, I analyzed that I should work on my presentation skills and oral
communication skill so that it will assist to attain my future goals as well.

CONCLUSION
By summing up above it has been concluded that the training session is quite effective
because I got to determine my strength and weakness. Further, it has been also concluded that
I learn two types of swaddling i.e. Sleep Sack Swaddle, and the diamond swaddle. Therefore,
it is also concluded that through effective training session I also come to realize that now I
am able to tackle the child and also provide her a best sleeping environment as well. Further,
I also make an action plan in order to improve the skills.
