INTRODUCTION A reflection is an opportunity in order to reconsider events, thoughts and feelings from a fresh perspective. There are many blog post which are return in this style. Reflection is the opinion of own personality. In this present report, Gibb's model will be use in order to reflect the personal experience on an incidence in a classroom. In addition to this, Kolb model will also use in order to reflect the personal experience and knowledge obtained during the semester. The best think about writing reflection is that it is a pleasure to share the experience among others. MAIN BODY TASK 1 A Gibb's reflective modelis one the best model which help to write the personal experience and knowledge. It is one of the popular model of reflection. This model was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988. There are six main stages which are included in this model which are Description, Feelings, Evaluation, Conclusion and Action. This model is very helpful for helping people learn from situation that they are experienced continuously especially when these don't go well (Husebø, O'Regan and Nestel, 2015). I also used this model in order to describe my experience in classroom conflict between me and my another student. I have use different six stages of the model which helps to describe the entire incident happens with me. Description The incident which I am going to describe is type of situation which generally seen at many places. During the 2ndweek of semester a conflict was begun between two students in class over a senseless and a very small thing that should be resolved easily. It the time of morning when he entered in the classroom where no seat is vacant for him in the classroom. Then, he have searches a vacant chair to seat and he find an empty chair just behind another student for that he had asked kindly that- Can I seat next to you???... He asked very politely to him but He replied me in very bad manner and he said I am holding this chair for my colleagues. At that time,he say nothing and leave the classroom immediately and he got chair from another classroom. As he had made my way back into the classroom he could hear the another student muttering something under their breath so he asked them why they are muttering and passing comment on him. Student was continuously passing arguments, He don't know why another student is passing comments on him but when he told him that please say on my face not on my 1

back, another student also raises his voices and it takes the shape of a conflict. Teacher also entered in the class and she had listened the rubbish things going in the class she said enough and ask to leave both of you in the class and Both student respect her words without doing any argument for not leaving the class. Bothhad sincerely leaved the classroom because they don't want anything wrong happen in the class and both also don't want that other should be affected by these situations in the classroom (Potter, 2015). After an hour teacher allowed both of them to come back in the class and say sorry to teacher by apologising my mistake. I saw one student feeling disagreement with and apologised for any wrong doing on his part. Feeling During the confrontation with the student who is my classmate since many years, I was feeling many emotions. I am very upset on what my friends have done in the classroom. I was thinking that just for a small thing both had done this bad thing in the class which is not good and it does not suit on their personality and their nature. This is the conflict which do not have any sense and for that battles both the students had missed important lecture which makes them very disappointed and I am also very disappointed that their important lecture has been missed. The experience was entirely bad and it is directly hit on my mind because of the battles for small chairs. I realized that it is not good to show anger to anybody and what they have done in the class was not good. The lecture they missed in the class was very important lecture for their course and only because of small mistake both had missed that important lecture of teacher (Wilson and Miller, 2018).Moreover, I also feel bad because the impression in front of teacher was also led down only due to their words and their high pitch voice. Both had good relationship with their all teachers in the class but for this senseless conflict both had lost their image in front of her. Seriously, I feel this incidence was my worst experience in my school life as mature students also fights for those common things which had lost all their important lecture as well as their image was also led down in-front of my teacher. In addition to this, the only positive thing I have learned from this experience is that one of the student have apologised with the teacher as well as from the student for his part. He say sorry to his teacher what he had done in the classroom and make the bad environment of the class. I realised that apologised and sorry is the best way to resolve any conflicts either big or small. I was very happy at the end that because both have sorted this battles very effectively and 2
with mutual agreement as we both have done fault. Thus, at the end, I feel somewhat good that apologising in very useful and it had solved the conflict quickly. Evaluation of the situation `The reason behind the using SCHON Reflective model is to evaluate my experience that I have experienced from the situations of an incident. With the help of this model, I can reflect during and one after an activity or event. This incidentbenefits in increasingself-awareness, which is a key component of emotional intelligence, and in developing a better understanding of others. It also helps me to develop creative thinking skills, and encourages active engagement in work processes. By using this model, I become aware of their implicit knowledge base and learn from the experience which I have gain from this incidence. From the situation I realise that I was mostly thinking on my feet during the experience and now looking back I feel this may be not the best idea as I had not cautiously thought about the situations as it was happening and just retaliated in the manner that I was feeling. The thing that went at that incidence is not good as it is the negative part of my experience that both had sent out of the class only because of chair and a senseless conflict. Teacher has sent both the student both out of the classrooms. I was irritated on my conduct of student that for a small thing they had miss the crucial lecture. But the good thing happen with me in this incidence was that teacher has allowed them to sit in the class andb give opportunity to apologised the mistake as it was very bad to be part of this disruption as well as I also felt very bad putting my class fellows and teacher through that unneeded issue. The things which have gone in this situation is both good and bad both but I have realised that this experience made me lean about the apologising the things as I have read the articles of many authors (Kumar, 2016). Analysing the Situation The most suited model according to this situation is SCHON Reflective model as this is the best model to describe the entire incident. My experience from this incidence is not just an experience because it leads to make understood many things which are very important for my life as well as for other who ready my reflection report. I have learned that, the best thing in the life is everybody should think before saying anything and second thing is that do not react immediately if anyone is saying anything to which especially which is not cleared, what the both students had done in this incident. I have used this model and writing my reflection report because I know that any other student or individual can also do this same thing what they had 3
done(Mann and Walsh, 2017).This model assist me in my future that I will be reflecting on action as well as taking proper time to evaluate the situation. Conclusion From this incident I have learned so many things which are very important for me to raise my skills and knowledge as well as this incidence also make me understood resolving the battles in quick manner. In addition to this, I have learned that it is better to think before reacting and arguing with anyone. The best thing is to stay calm where the situation is negligible and avoidable which both my felloows do not followed, they had raise their voice on senseless things(Chair) which is not needed (Bassot, 2016). But in this incident I had also experienced some good thing like the opportunity given by teacher to apologised and they had sorted all the conflict by saying sorry. Plan of Action I had make a plan that will very helpful for me to overcome this type of situations. I would definitely be thinking more about what is going on rather than reacting to the situation. In my incident what I have done that I have reacted to the situation at the spot and argued with student and make the situation worse (Li and Peng, 2018). It is very important for me to remove this bad habit in any manner because these are situation that surely arrives in the life span. At that time, it is better to keep calm and ignore the situation. TASK 2 Kolb's learning is also one of the best model to share or write the personal experience. This model was developed by David A Kolb in 1948. I am using this model in order to share my experience that I had during the semester. With the help of this model I can easily reflect my experience in the report. There are four stages of learning in this model which are Experience, Reflect, Conceptualize and Plan (McKinney, 2017). By these four stages the experience of learning of semester will be reported. Experience My experience of EVRE and PPDI as whole is very essential as this experience is very helpful for me in the future and it is also very essential for my professional development. I have I had can assist me within the future as well as can make me more successful in the world of profession. It is also very important for my achievement in future and my carrier job. In the 4

beginning, I was feeling very upset that I will not able to clear the semester because it is very tough to make a link between tow subjects. But after I start understanding, confidence was build up that I can do and study the subjects. In the subject of EVRE and PPDI, it needs group working which I had experienced a great pleasure as I like to work in a team or in group. Sometimes I hesitate working in a group but after sometime I realised that it is more beneficial for me as compare to individual working. Teacher has assigned us project which have to completed in time. The project which are given by teacher are done by groups of people who are peers and friends. In my earlier university individual work is mostly preferred which is less interesting. I realized that group working is more efficient as compare to individual working. By working in the group I understood that the project and work become more effective as well as innovative if it is completed by a team or group of people (Husebø, O'Regan and Nestel, 2015). I also experienced that in group working it is very important to listen others and accept the decision made by them. Reflect As per the Kolb's' learning Cycle, a person learns through their experience. In my semester of EVRE and PPDI, I had experienced first time in studying and completing the project in the group. I am feeling very shy and hesitate working in the group but after the time passes, I am felling pleasure in working in the team and in group. I found that work become more innovative by working in a team because more ideas and thoughts are generate by different people. In the class we had done some task jointly like lego building exercise and tea exercises. These activities help people how to work in the team in an effective manner. These team building activities as this is very important for professional future development. In the beginning everybody is new as no one knows each other, it is somewhat difficult to work with each other but after sometime I feel pleasure working in the group of people. My team building skills is developed in 10 weeks very efficiently which is very essential for professional life. The best model like Johri window is one of the best self assessment tool which assist in understanding many things which is very useful for my future (Mann and Walsh, 2017). Conceptualize Having the strength to systematically conceptualize is the ability to think, imagine, turning the process of thought in the process into a notion of ideas followed by actions helping to put ideas into theories. The experience which I had in my semester, I can confidentiality commit 5
that there are many important things which are very important for me and my carrier. It will definitely benefit me in the coming time. There are many things which made me realise that working in a team is very difficult task because each one is different from each other, every think differently. In some project given by teacher, made me upset because it happens that no one listen and consider my thoughts but at that time I keep patience and never reacted. I am always careful and I always think before saying anything to my group members. I also got though this experience a better understanding of group dynamics as I have already committed that I feel pleasure working in the group of people. I successfully work in the team and completed all the projects effectively. I had put my efforts in order to match my thought with them and make a good relationship with my all group members. In individual working, I would work with my own time and my ideas but I realized that the project which are completed by group of people are more efficient and innovative too (Moorhouse and Jung, 2017). Plan The experience which I had experienced throughout the entire course of semester, I commit that it was the best experience of my life. I reflect on the situation as well as think to myself that it is better to keep clam instead of arguing. I always evaluate my words before saying anything to my group members. I also used to keep in distance with those unnecessary activities such as disagreement or confrontation which may happen. My experience of working in a group is awesome as I have learned so many things which makes me confident and I do applied these experiences or knowledge in my practical life. I am sure that the experience which I have gain during my semester was very useful for my future (Konak, Clark and Nasereddin, 2014). It is also fact that in my future job will also need this team working and collaborative skills which is also very important for my future growth and development. Conclusion The entire experience gain during the semester is very fruitful for my future development and growth. I feel that this experience made me understood the importance of team working and collaborative working in the team. I have met many people and I understand that the thinking of all are not same (Poore, Cullen and Schaar, 2014). I also realised that its better to be stay calm rather than arguing with the anybody in the group. Kolb's learning model is one the best model which helps me to share my experience. 6
TASK 3 Opportunity I have done my strength test as well as being a strategist was one of my strength. It is very helpful for my future professional development because I can give ideas and make policies by using my mind and my techniques. I have good skills in planning the actions which needs to be developed (Potter, 2015). There are huge opportunities which makes me highly competitive and a skill of professionalism. Strategist is not a normal skill, it does not have in all because it is very complex task to build a plan and policies. Aspiration My main aspiration would be to get a jib which is relating to the degree which I have studies in the business management. There are so many jobs which are related to my degree and it is most demanded jobs in the business world. Every company needs a person or employee who manager that manages the entire business activities of the business very effectively and I am very good at managing activities as well as collaborative working. 7
