INTRODUCTION
Global business environment determine effective activity to set up the organisation. In this way

present report is based on the M&S company. This company basically located in United
kingdom and work in the filed of retail sector. It specialises in selling of clothing and home
product. With this regard report asses to focus on expansion into India soon. In this report
company is focus on competition and organisation factor. Moreover, it helps to expansion of
business in new area.

In organisation globalisation is give impact on organisation performance. In this context
globalisation incudes the process by which business and other organisation develop international
influence or start operate in international trade in organisation. In this factor is focus on growth
of money in international market (Bealkowski and et.al, 2015). The M&S company is to be

focus on different factor in organisation performance in international market. Globalisation
influences some other factor in organisation are as follows :-
Leadership :- In organisation leadership play a very important role in organisation.
Globalisation is affected leadership and management style to improve performance in
international market (Hatziargyriou and ed., 2014). It is a fact that leadership style r
every country is different and it is not necessary that a good leader in one country will be
a good leader in another country.
Culture :- In international market is to be affected with the culture in organisation. In
every country has different culture, so new culture is give negative impact on
performance in working environment (Liu, and Liu 2016). Globalisation is to be effect
culture in organisation performance outside working environment.
Functions :- Globalisation is give negative impact on organisation performance in
organisation. In organisation function inculcated communication, leadership, financial
accountability etc. all such is to be inculcated in organisation performance. The M&S
company is to be focus on each and every function in organisation (Ferraro, and Briody,
2017). In organisation planing to controlling or management is most important to solve
any problem in globalisation.
1.2 Influences ethical and sustainable globalisation on organisation function
Organisation is focus on ethical value to expanded a business in different business environment.
In ethical factor is inculcated in legal factor of business environment. In each and every
organisation focus on ethical value to help in organisation function. Ethics give management
creativity in employees (Peng and et.al 2016). In organisation use ethical value help company
performance in organisation. It is help to expand the business value in and help to increase
customer traffic in organisation in different market.
Management is focus to use ethical value in organisation. Ethical value help to decision
making in organisation in each and every level in organisation. In organisation ethics and profit
are work together in organisation. M&S company is to be focus on increase profit in
organisation (Hill, and et.al 2017). It is help to expand the retail sector and ethical value help to
increase profit and improve working environment inside the organisation.
