Brexit will have a diverse affect on Tesco as many of the traders and businessman of
various parts of Europe needs to pay extra for the stay at UK. Import from European countries
will be difficult and will be costly which will give a price rise in the products and services
offered by Tesco. Various trade practices, labour laws and various political norms will affect the
salient working of Tesco.
This will ultimately affect the source of labour as due to Brexit there will be difficulties
for the workers which are from other countries, this will lead to shortage of labours which will
affect the working conditions of the Tesco. It will be difficult for the workers to work in UK, as
there will be a gradual rise in price which will affect the working conditions of Tesco(Adekola
and Sergi, 2016).
The only benefits will be developing trade practices and signing deals with other
neighbour countries to improve the working conditions of the trade, which will build new
relations and enhance business practices.
Economic Factors:
As Tesco is a well established firm with many of the well settled employees which adds
up the economy of Tesco. As the employment level is very much high this will add up the
advantage to UK for dealing with the working practices and this will adds up the benefit to
Tesco(Hamilton and Webster, 2018).
Due to Brexit there will be a change in exchange rate of the currency a sudden change
will affect many business practices which will give rise to many f the products and services.
GDP will decrease and affect Tesco. Rise in price will affect the economical balance of Tesco.
Social Factors:
As there will be a price rise and the downfall of the currency, people will remove their
interest from the luxuries and will be more attentive towards daily used goods and services
which will affect the sales of Tesco which will ultimately result in price rise of services offered.
Economical imbalance will be created.

This will force Tesco to change the strategy of the firm many new options need to
implied like free home delivery on online orders. Introduction of new schemes like discounts and
offers must be introduced(Kasemsap, 2018).

Technological advancement will lead you to come out the effect of Brexit many
technological changes will help to trace out the differences and gaps between the Brexit. As UK
is business hub it will change the working scenario of the firm. With the online sales there will
be a change in sales which will help the firm to overcome the practices(Salvatore, 2015).
Environmental Factor:
Due to Brexit there will be more of the environmental concerns which will affect the
performance of the firm. Many of the NGO will affect the working of Tesco, as environmental
issues needs to be considered and easy working of the firm needs to be altered. Weather and
climatic conditions needs to be addressed which provides safe working of the Tesco(Tallman,
Luo and Buckley, 2018).
Legal Factors:
Various employment laws will change which will affect the working conditions of the
Tesco legal rights according to the work will change and provide a safe working conditions of
the firm.
