INTRODUCTION
The term global business environment refers to the overreaching of the environment which
defined as the environment in the different countries, in which company operated. The concept
of the global business environment include all the factors regarding business. It consists the
international interactions out of the organisation which control and influence for operating the
business and the strategies complexities associated with the operating in a global environment. It

the questions. It describes the operating in a global market which influence an organisation,
structure, culture and functions and it also influences of ethical and sustainable globalisation in
the functions of the organisation. Furthermore, it describes the influence of the globalisation on
organisational decision making and strategy of the company(Hirst, Thompson. and Bromley.

A) Analysing the key factors of cost, market, environment and competition that drive global
commerce trade.
Key factors of cost that drives the global commerce and trade:-
Cost:- It is one of the important factors that drives the global commerce and trade which
fulfil the needs of customers and increase the opportunity of scale. For maximising the
investment is the biggest motivator for the global commerce and trade in the Tech jacket. Its
important to all possible is done for the economic scale and scope. For the global opportunities
and probably the cost lead to tough decision which have been taken about market, segments of
customers, or making the positioning of the product which is focus on. The set of goal relate to
the mileage of investment cost. It also includes promotion, advertising can cross the boarders, so
it makes the product available from which customers purchase the products and learn about it.
Market:- It one of the key factor which drive the global commerce and trade of the tech
jacket from advanced economies' consumer its important to becoming similar to the lifestyle,
aspirations. The sales in the international marketplace which derives the global commerce ad
trade is a global strategy but it doesn't mean that tech jacket serve the jackets globally. Its
