This article summarized that OSH (occupational safety and health) plays a vital role in the
current organization as it supports in influencing and retaining the workforces and transforming
their behavior and attitudes within an organization. This article focuses on the issue of OSH and
employee rewards. It is illustrated that OSH can be implemented in difficult assessment
procedure related to compensation system. There is a need for inclusion of the working condition
in such assessments because this article focuses on significance of workforce compensation such
as financial and non-financial factors. An assessment of compensation plan that entails
occupational safety and health can provide different advantageous but there is a need for
methodical assessment of reward system such as occupational safety and health. Implementation
of occupational safety and health within inclusive assessment related to compensation system
endorses responsible behavior related to stakeholders (Beck-Krala & Klimkiewicz, 2016).
In current times, supportive working atmosphere, particularly OSH policy as well as action play
is strategic role for attaining the goal of an organization because it supports in effective human
capital management. This article demonstrated that total reward (TR) is a comprehensive
strategy with regards to compensation of workers, and a positive working atmosphere is one of
the significant component related to compensation package. It links occupational safety and
health performance to business compensation because of transparent as well as integrated
occupational safety and health management aids in improving the performance of an
organization. Investment in total reward and OSH should be demonstrated not only related to
cost associated with the employer but also, it provides different benefits to all stakeholders.
These benefits are more competent and healthier employees, employee commitment, and boost

productivity, reduction in business expenses, disruption, and improvement in brand value as well
as image (Beck-Krala & Klimkiewicz, 2016).
For example, Jollys' Pharmacy Ltd can monitor the OSH performance as it would not only
support in declining cost related to the negative impact of the unsafe working atmospheres such
as employee dissatisfaction, high level of work stress, and anxiety but also, helps to eliminate the
acute situation by effective prevention such as an accident at workplace. It can be also
summarized that broad and methodological assessment with measure has been intended to create
a favorable impact on workforces. It would be beneficial in the development and enhancement of
OSH at the workplace (Beck-Krala & Klimkiewicz, 2016).
But, to attain this, employers should emphasize the significance of occupational safety and health
and deliberately generates comprehensible policy, which would be fully integrated with human
capital management strategy. It is favoured by the compensation system. Hence, the company
should implement this system to engage the workforces and generates desired attitude and
behavior with respect to OSH at the workplace. Hence, the key to developing OSH is to keep
safety in the workplace culture. It helps in improving the existing procedures and techniques.
This proactive strategy would offer long-term advantageous to all stakeholders of the company.
OSH could be maintained by global business in terms of offering the compensation and training
& development (Beck-Krala & Klimkiewicz, 2016).

in the construction site. In addition, the perception of safety professional is beneficial for training
practices in a safety training session. Information was gathered via survey management on top
400 contractors in U.S. This article indicates that contractors are thoughtful towards
