INTRODUCTION
There are various events which are held on the national and international level. Global
event can be represented as the event which is designed and managed with the participation of
various individuals from all over the world. Moreover, in an effort to raise the participation of
people from the various countries, it contains participants, viewers, judge and many more. The
global events can be conducted in the form of Olympics, World Cup, American Super Bowl etc.
Furthermore, these events add value in the society as well as in economy and this also assists in
increasing tourism and engagement of people socially from various countries (Bauer, Rooney
and Lepl and 2020). In addition to it, Global events are planned and organised in a international
platform that includes tremendous officer in executing various action and application. In 2018,
FIFA world cup organised which was a worldwide football tournament contested by men's
national team. This tournament was held between June 14 to July 15 in Russia. This tournament
had 32 teams and 64 matches were played in 12 venues. This particular report will deal with the
wide knowledge of global events and their effect on micro as well as macro environment. In
addition to this, the report will be also include several component and aspects that results in
determining development and arranging these global events. Moreover, different plan of action
will be observed which assists in management of these events.

Mega Events
The global events are conducted over a large scale and is conducted for the individuals of
various countries. In this events individual participate in an effort to get pleasing experience and
opportunities to show their ability, talent and skills (Mueller and et. al., 2018). Moreover, In this
events many people from different countries are engaged as a participants, viewers as well as
judge. In order to carry out the event huge cost is involved as it consists of various number of
operation and activities that need to be carried out. Through this events managers can assure that
the assigned task are completed in an appropriate manner.
Structure: Mega events are organized with the help of several factors and activity which
are crucial to execute. It also involves visitor, participants, media, finance and cost of

transformation which should be taken into the consideration while organizing global events. In
relation to this, each activity is managed with a particular team who are capable, skilful and is
answerable for carrying out the task and controlling the specific operation. Beside this, the
workforce run the task with effectual coordination and with mutual cooperation among them
while executing the task and operation which are assigned.
How the event is organized: These mega events which are arranged with the
engagement of several representatives such as officer, organiser, executive head and many more.
For example, it also includes immense manpower to organize these events with special and
specific tasks that needs to be performed.
Place of the event in society: These types of events are basically arranged on vast sites
or places with adequate capacity of people and space for different action and activities.
Hallmark events
These global events are represented as cultural and social events that describes the cultural norms
and tradition of a particular geographical location. These events are rooted in a place or culture
of defined society. The recognition of these events is straightly associated to the place where it is
hosted and organized with the purpose to encourage and promote the culture of that specific
economy. Moreover, it includes the engagement of people from various countries, that assist in
increasing of tourism for that specific state (Douglas and et. al., 2022). These global events are
represented as continual events that repeat more than one time with a definite and set time
period. For instance; Tour de France, La Tomatina, Asia World Cup etc., repeated every year.
Structure: Hallmark events are organized as per the intent and cause of the social event
in society, taking into account several element and features. It is made up of people of a definite
culture involved in executing these activity and action to encourage their culture and promote
culture among the people of other country.
How the event is organized: this is arranged with different officer involved in executing
these activity and action of the similar culture and geographical place. Moreover, these events
are arranged on a basis of non-profit as they are founded on the publicity of culture and
encouragement of tourism.
