influence the decision-making power. Event is the essential key to
maintain the dignity and showcase of the community where even is

 Positive:- it builds the national pride wherever the national event is
going to held by which the community of that particular city or
country get pride and recognition all over the globe. With this they
introduced to a new innovative ideas and challenges to the
community of the country.
 Negative:- global event increases the community alienation and with
this it also increases the negative community impact on the world.

Environmental impact
 Positive:- increase in the showcase of the environment where the
organization happened. Increase in tourism because of the event and
global tourist.
 Negative:- increase in the pollution because of the tourism. Because
of the high tourism there is also destruction of the heritage in the
country where the global event held. Noise disturbance, traffic these
things will increase because of the high tourism. These effect the
environment.

Political:
 Positive:- increase in the internal prestige and improvement in the
education of the country. Promotion of the culture aid and
introduction with the new and diversify community. Promotion of
investment, development of administrative skills.
 Negative:- risk of the global event failure, misallocation of funds
provided by the investors or the government for the global events.
Lack of accountability, loss of community ownership and control over
the event.

Economic impact:
 Positive:- destination promotion where the event held. This increase
in the tourism, higher yield. Increase in tax revenue and increase in
the organization. It also increases in the business opportunities for
many people and job creation.
 Negative:- community resistance to the tourist in their area and loss
of authenticity. This also include the exploitation, financial and
management loss.

Legal impact
 positive:- the legal impact on the macro environment because of the
global event considered as a The legal law sets out employer's duties
for consulting with employees in relation to health and safety and
work of the events. The duties of the event present in the out in

dependent on its construction and drafting.
 Negative:- legal factor of the global event affect that in many events
there is a illegal function happen. Selling of products like drugs, sharp
objects etc. which is totally illegal that consist a imprisonment and
charges with fine that also harm in many ways.

 Event is very big in size and need to be managed with effective
strategies, this strategies are many created to solve any problem that
might arrive before, during and after the event. Many event
organizers use SWOT analysis to identify the strength and weakness

 Weakness: the weakness of global events are that they consume
more time and affords, it is very challenging for the organizer to
arrange global event and mainly it have risk of failure. For Beijing
Olympic 2022, the weakness of arranging such global event it going
to cost too much for the organizers because after the impact of
COVID-19 material and resources are getting high in prices.
 . High price will be the weakness of the Olympic 2022, another
weakness of this event is people are not ready to spend their budget
in participating in such event.

OPPORTUNITY
 Opportunities: opportunities of the global event lies in the
weakness, if the organizer have the ability to identify the weakness of
the event, then they can create opportunities out of such weakness.
The weakness of Beijing Olympic 2022 is required huge investment to
plan the event and if the organizer identify the investment sources
from various channels then it can be opportunities to arrange such
event.
 Global event themselves create various opportunities for the people
such as local economy and the business get huge amount of revenue,
the people gets opportunity to participate in event for their sports
career development.

calamity. The environmental factors plays an important role in the
success of the event, many events fail to meet the success because
they are not fully prepared for the natural issues.
