For conduct the research methodology, Research onion will helpful in perform the research in
an effective manner. Research onion framework consist of several layers such as Research
Philosophy, Research Approach, Research Strategy, Research Choice, Time Horizon,
Techniques and Procedures, and Research Instruments, Data Sources, Research Sampling,
Research Ethics, Research Limitations and Research Reliability and Validity.
Research Philosophies- This part of research methodology identified the belief pattern that
needs to be followed for purpose of conducting the research in significant manner.
Interpretivism and positivism are two different types of research philosophies. In this,
interpretivism research philosophy will be used because it helps in analyse the opinions as
well as view points of a research in an effective manner.
Time horizons- It is time framework within project that intended for the completion purpose.
There are two different time horizons like longitudinal and cross sectional. Under this,
longitudinal has been used because it study about specific phenomenon at particular time.
Ethical issues- Investigator should be ensure to keep the information and data of respondents
secure and confidential. It will help in providing the reliable and valid outcomes. Ethics refers
to set beliefs, norms and values which need to be followed through each individual and
organisation.
This present report is based on the qualitative method and provide the theoretical information.
The research approach that will be used through an investigator is inductive because it is
based on the qualitative research method and provide the detailed information regarding
specific research project. Under this, case study approach will be use as a research strategy.

In order to collect the data and information, researcher use the primary and secondary
sources. In primary method, data is collected from questionnaire, surveys, observations etc.
On the other hand, in secondary method, data is collected by using the books, journals,
articles and many others.
