Importance of Health Promotion:
Health promotion is a term defined for portraying the enhancement of the quality of
life for every individual. Through focusing on the prevention factor, health promotion results
in the reduction of both financial and human cost that employer, families, individuals,
insurance companies, communities, medical facilities, nation and the state plan to spend on
the medical treatment (Eldredge et al., 2016). The aim of a health agency lies in the
promotion of well being of the individuals through encouraging healthy lifestyles, prevention
of diseases, injury and illness, enabling an environment that supports the well being and
health and results in the reduction of personal, social and economic harm.
.Importance of Community Health:
Community health refers to the portion of the medication that remains concentrated
upon strength of the whole population and in the avoidance of the illness from which it is
endured. It is done through the formulation of the community diagnosis of which the ailments
represents a vital portion that is averted and after which the composition of accurate control
program takes place.
Importance of Prevention in Healthcare:
Prevention in healthcare refers to the maintenance of healthy lifestyle through diet,
exercise and similar efforts. Thus, preventive care refers to medical setting that includes
varied health care services such as laboratory test, screenings, physical examination,
immunizations and counselling.
