This study analyzed transactions and investigations for the banking segment. It was observed that banks have begun capturing customer data related to emotional investigation through various channels such as social media sites and other marketing research methods. The rise of big data has led to a shift in the way businesses operate, with data scientists playing a key role in extracting insights from large datasets.
