INTRODUCTION
Global strategic management are playing an important in the organizations as these
activities enable enterprises to capitalise on competitive opportunities throughout the world. It is
the responsibility of a manager to focus on tools and techniques to identify the effect of business
environment. Environmental influences such as political, social trends, economics, technology,
environment as well as as delivers a huge impact on the business strategies. It is challenging to
know, predict and manage the influences of such factors (Andreev, Kazanin and Zayed, 2021). A
global strategy can be understood as the strategy that an organization creates to grow or expand
their business into the global market. The main agenda behind the development of global
strategy is the boost the sales of business around the globe. It covers standardization,
multinational and international strategies. It also benefits the company in numerous ways,
containing increasing global brand awareness, generating sales in new markets and so forth.
With an intent to make a global strategy, it is quite essential to how the business's products can
appreciate by the global consumers. It also contains the assessment of key competitors,
production sites, global consumers and other components. The following report is based on the
Facebook Company. It is known as the American online social media, together with social
networking service. Presently, it is owned by Meta Platforms. Mark Zuckerberg is the founder of
this organization, who introduced the company in 2004 (Areeba and Ali, 2021). This
organization can be accessed from number of devices such as tablets, personal computers and
smartphones. All the requirement is, the person should have internet connectivity and the users
can make a profile or account while telling the information about themselves. It can be used to
express thoughts, pictures, multimedia many more. The following study consider business and
corporate strategies, external and internal environment analysis, strategic models, tools or
techniques used to improve the business performance. It also shows how Facebook make their
strategic plans for the business. Contemporary issues are also identified for the business. Lately,
