Supply chain management is the flow of goods and services, information and money
which might involves the movement and storage of raw material. This also involves the work-in-
progress along with the finished goods as well as fulfilment of origin from the point of
consumption. It is also known as handling the flow of products and services which starts from
the raw components and delivery the final products to the consumer (Queiroz, Telles and
Bonilla, 2019). A company creates network for their suppliers and that move the products from
the suppliers of raw material to those who have directly deal with organization. This report

can compromise that trust and cost to the organization. People loyalty is built on the trust and
could be more important things for the organization in making their customer happy. It means
that they are required to deliver the products and services with using the better supply chain
management. But, acquiring the new customer is the best way for keeping the loyal ones in the
business and come up with the promise of delivery. People vital to meet that promise and the
expectation that have been set up more customer in order to build up motivation and repeat out
the business. It also seems to be more important that customer in organization might be stayed
for the long term through which that could be easily made their market position. Zimon, (2017)
viewed that, organization can also improve their on-time delivery and fulfilling the requirements
of customer while by using the diversity in delivery option and carrier allocation of management.
For example, Amazon has make their large range of customer while by providing their customer
with better supply chain management and also make their people happy with their products.
Technology is being more important to develop the various activities and ultimately fulfilling the
consumer needs. Warehousing management system provide benefits beyond the automation.
