headquarter is in London and is the second largest airlines in the country. It is founded on 31
march 1974. This report will cover the key milestone in the development of travel and tourism
industry and they shape the industry. It is explains the different factors that affect tourism
behaviour. It also analyse the models of motivation and impact of these model on consumer
decision-making process. Furthermore It will identify the emerging patterns and trends in
international travel and tourism industry and the factors affecting the popularity of a range of
global destinations.

top level is known as growth or being needs. It explains that individual must satisfy lower level
