This research project explores the impact of globalisation on incorporation of workplace diversity in UK retail industry with a study on Marks & Spencer. It includes literature review, research methodology, data analysis, recommendations and conclusion. The aim is to understand the basic concepts of globalisation and workplace diversity, study the role of globalisation in increasing workplace diversity in Marks & Spencer, investigate the challenges faced by Marks & Spencer during expanding the business into global market and discern the strategies that could be used by Marks & Spencer for eradicating challenges of globalisation.
