What makes a good role model and how can I ensure that I act as a role model for
employees I supervise?
I think that someone with a helpful and friendly attitude makes a good role model. I will always
try to help and support my employees in all possible areas.
What are the traits of an effective leader? How can these traits be developed?
The traits of an effective leader are honesty, empathy, hard work and an open mind. These can be
developed by making sure that the leader is maintaining all his responsibilities and trying to
abide by the same.
How can I ensure that my work goals and plan are aligned to the organization’s goals
and plans?
I will take a very close look over the mission, visions and all the business principles of the
organization. I will set my goals and plans at par with that.
How can I ensure that I meet my job responsibilities?
I will always work hard and make sure that I am moving forward in a step by step and organized
manner.
How can I measure and maintain my personal performance?
I can measure and maintain my personal performance by keeping a connection with the career
development plan.
How can I prioritise work?

I will always strike a proper balance between my personal and professional life. I will make sure
that I am giving my full efforts to accomplish my work.
How can I use technology to organise and manage my work?
I will be using my smart phone and laptop to maintain the career development plan. I will also
set a proper alarm to remind me about the activities that I need to undertake.
How can I ensure that I maintain a work/ life balance?
I like to focus over the time management. I know that in order to strike a proper balance I have to
set the time slots properly.
How can I ensure that my personal knowledge and skills meet required competency
standards?
I will keep a proper track record in order to make sure that I am being able to work in order to
meet the competency standards.
How can I determine my developmental needs?
I will take feedbacks on my co workers in order to know what their views about me are. I will
also take a remark certificate of my supervisors and personal development coach.
What is my personal learning style and how can I ensure that I take advantage of
learning opportunities?
My personal learning style is similar to the behavioral learning style. I tend to learn from
the operant condition learning style. I am very responsive to the stimulus taking place
around me.
