INTRODUCTION The present report is based on the Southern health in which many stakeholders died dueto some diseases and their reasons are still not get properly. The main outcomes of this report isto analyse the improvements which the southern health care have to use to stop the procedure ofunexpected death ratio in the organisation and how internal and external stakeholders are relatedwith such events which are occurring in the care centre with the help of Mendelow. Some morethings are also going to discuss in this report with proofs. All such things are going to mentionedin this assignment with brief discussion(Fischer and et. al., 2014). Question 1a) Interaction with stakeholders in the context of dealing with unexpected deathStakeholders are the essential part of any organisation. It helps them in each and everyactivity of the system. The concept of stakeholders is very broad and specific. It includesemployees, government, patients and suppliers. All these are related with the unexpected death inthe southern health care. Like in employees if they get the proper knowledge about all disease then they can workon such issues. Government made some policies which are related with the organisation. It alsoincludes the proper technology utilisation which helps them in cure the diseases more early.Without a single patients health and social care are not able to perform any activity. And at lastthe suppliers who provide the proper accessories, machines and medicines which are useful incure out any diseases. All these are the stakeholders for any health and social care which enablesthem to perform some activities which through which they can get to know about the reasonbehind unexpected death ratio(Gerlach, Schulz and Wolff, 2010). Staff can improve this ratio while analyse all patients carefully and about their difficulty.The health care have to appoint only such doctors in their organisation who have affiliateddegree from government. This helps them in getting professional for their sector. Suppliers canimprove this ratio while providing right precaution at the right time at the right place. If they aregoing to delay this process for a single second then it affects the health of an individual.Hence, all such factors are combine with each other and work jointly. If any of the singlefactor is not work properly then it really affects the health of an individual.
In practical life while using context of southern health care the ratio of unexpected deathis generally high because may be some stakeholders are not working properly in a systematicmanner(Go and et. al., 2014). So the absolute interaction is compulsory within all such factorsbecause they have to taken into account the government policies and made rule of theirorganisation according to that. Also they have to made a positive relation with their suppliers sothat they can provide proper vaccination on the right time. b) Stakeholder relation with unexpected death Stakeholder theory states the theory of organisational management and business ethicsthat address moral and values in an organisation. The stakeholders are classified on such basiswhich are as follow: 1.Power and interest2.Power and influence3.Influence and impact4.Power, urgency and legitimacyThe basic classification of all the stakeholders is follow this concept as a base. It helps inenabling their duties and rights more appropriately. In this concern government has the highestpower as the stakeholders. It is an external source of stakeholders which plays an crucial role informulating the laws and clause for an organisation(Kane, 2010). Southern health care have to keep in mind about all the laws and safety measures whilemaking strategies for their centre. In that they have to make proper clause on which all activitiesare conducted. They have to find out the basic reason behind these unexpected death. If there isany internal fault by doctors or other supporting staff or not. The another one major is the suppliers who made a vast impact on the health and socialcare. They are the connected measure which are helpful in facilitating all the medicines and otherlife support material to the organisation. This classification is made while taking the influenceand impact as the base. If they are not provide service on time it directly impacts upon on thehealth or may be sometimes leads to death. Further more it influenced their health care most. Employees and other supporting staff are the major component of the organisation.
