INTRODUCTION This report is focused on the challenges faced with the participation in the university and to face the challenges the skills are developed that is used in the university for the success and also in the future. Challenges faced are debate, presentation, T-shirt challenge and the hotel challenge and from this the skills are developed. MAIN BODY Analysis of challenges. The challenges that I faced with the participation in the University for the Success are- Debate challenge Debate is a formal discussion with the group of the people on a particular topic. Debate is often a competition on a particular topic where the individual express their thoughts and idea about the topic it can be in favor or against the topic. Debate challenge is done in the university for enhances the skills of the students (Bunge, 2017). I also participate in the debate challenge conducted by the university to enhance the skills and understanding and the learning capacity is increased with the discussion on a particular topic. From the debate I understand the topic and discussed on the topic as per my understanding and my fellow mates start discussing according to their understand and from that I learn about the topic and understand it deeply in a different and in a deeper sense. From the debate challenge I build my skills that are used in my future at my workplace so that I can understand the things effectively and make the decisions and convey with the proper research. To do debate the proper structure is there and to participate in the debate I learn the structure of it and then participate in the challenge that helps me in my future at my workplace to perform my work in a structures way. Presentation challenge Presentation is a way to express, to talk about the particular topic, projects, products, speech etc. From the presentation challenge I learn various things and develop my skills, for the effective presentation the way of expressing the thoughts or ideas on the topic enhances by ability to present myself effectively. With the presentation challenge I understand the way to present myself formally, with the proper attire and with the confidence so that challenge in the presentation can be won by me (Purnomo, and et.al., 2020). To get prepare for the presentation challenge I develop skills that helps me in success at the presentation skills. T-shirt challenge and hotel challenge 1
T-shirt challenge is the most trending challenge that is challenged by many people and my university also decides to do this challenge. From the t-shirt challenge the effective skills are to be developed and from this challenge I can understand how to work in an effective manner in the pressure and that will help me in the future to handle my emotions to work in the pressure effectively and perform the accurate work even in the pressure and on the time. From the hotel challenge where my university create a scenario of the hotel industry where they faces the challenges and we have to face the challenges and solve them for that I understand the scenario and the challenges to overcome that affects the operational issues and I solve those issues and understand the recruitment process and the frequent changes in the customer expectations by performing the challenges I learn the different skills that is to be build which used me in my future to success at my workplace and also at the university. Developed Skills. From the debatechallengemy communicationskillsand the team work skillsare developed as from the debate I can learn how to communicate in an effective manner so that the thoughts and the ideas are to be communicate to the members in the organisation effectively and clearly that doesn’t affects the task to be performed. From the challenge of the debate I learn to work with the team with the brainstorming and build the relations with the team and working with the team for the effective results and reached to the common goal. It helps in the workplace to communicate well with the clarity and helps to work with the tea m to achieve the goals of the organisation(SAPUTRI, 2017). To participate in the presentation challenge I develop my communication skills, business skills, and the meeting skills. To express the ideas and the deliver the ideas towards the product or service the effective communication skill is necessary and from this challenge I build up my skill that help me at my workplace while delivering the presentation at the organisation. I also develop my meeting skills that are required at the workplace while attending a meeting to delivering the presentation during the meeting, from these I learn how to behave, sit and the formal attire that is required during the meeting. From these I learn about the business skills that is to be developed like the presentation skills and learn about the excel that is required in the presentation to show some of the data, learn to use Ms Office. To present formally at the workplace effectives skills is required in the individual and with the participation (Wahyuni, Masih, and Rejeki, 2018).I the challenge I learned about the skills to be developed.
