NATIONAL HEALTH POLICY STATED FOR OVERWEIGHT CONTROL Change4life programme This policy has been devised by the government of United Kingdom and is implemented in the Livwell southwest weight management program. This strategy promotes the use of a health and nutritious diet to prevent the arousal of overweight among the people of UK (Swales 2019). Physical activities such as exercises are also included in the features of this policy to burn the excess fat present in the human body. Blood cholesterol level can be controlled by focusing of healthy diet and depending on regular physical exercises. According to the statistical data, one out of five children were found to be affected by obesity in UK. This policy involves the use of breastfeeding strategy for all infants. Promotionofeducationforaproper knowledge about a healthy diet for the infants (Smith and Smith 2016). Providingastrongcontroloverthe implementation of unhealthy food and diet practices among the children of UK. Slimming world is the weight loss organization involved in using this strategy (Ulijaszek and McLennan 2016). Livwell weight control programme also uses this strategy to provide the children with an healthy diet plan.

A Fitter Future for All This policy was programmed in the year 2012 by the government of the United Kingdom (Keats and Wiggins 2018). Northern Ireland has been place for one of the highest rated obesity cases in the United Kingdom. They stated that weigh gain is a condition occurring due to an energy imbalance occurring in the human body. Different factors such as physiological and psychological conditions along with food intake with production plays a major role in this energy imbalance (Harringtonet al2016). CONCLUSION On a concluding note it can be stated that health policies work for the improvement of healthcare services. Two of those services are Livewell weight loss service and Slimming world. Both of these weight loss services have been found to be improved in their working approach after implementing the health policies stated here
