INTRODUCTION Teamwork skills and leadership skills development is essential I realise this term that these both skills useful for my career and when I decide to participate in collage event which is organize by one university to evaluate that students have presentation skills or not because it require multiple skills like communication, time management and many more (Zhang and et.al., 2020). This study will provide information about how I leader skills, develop effectiveness in presentation. MAIN BODY Part 3.2.1:Expansion of teamwork skills Application of Gibbes model is useful because it provides idea to systematic develop new experience, which activity has to engage for maintain situation and for specific event. Description:When I was doing graduation my sir provide task and they give information class group members ahs responsibility to prepare presentation on collage event and individual student has responsibility to make 5 members group team for impressive presentation (Agatep and Villalobos, 2020). ï‚·Feeling:I feel that its not easier task because I not performing any task with so many people. And I recognize from my experience that its not easier to handle different perception people to maintain effective activities and completion task with great manner. I also feel that when teacher provide this responsibility so I have to work on it and try to complete this task with great manner ï‚·Evaluation:Then we all 5 members are discussing about which we have to select for presenting good presentation and judged will like it. So then we all are discussing but I analyzethat individualsay different thingsthey not consider individualtopic for presentation. So I evaluate that selection of topic is very complicated task. From the recognition of this activity I have clear mindset that its not easier to handle different min- set on specific task. ï‚·Analysis:CompletionofevaluationIanalysethatindividualhasdifferentideas, innovative things so completion of presentation topic select I analyze that 2 people agree and 2 people disagree with my creative idea so I feel bad n this situation but when I task to sir they says that it defiantly happen when different people mind set. 1
ï‚·Conclusion:I decide that I have to learn multiple things which has great sense to resolve issue and I learn and evaluate find best solution to makes effectiveness in resolve problem with consideration and application of that presentation develop effective when iI perform my task with effective manner. ï‚·Action plan: ObjectSkillsAimTime Idecideto participatein presentationevent witheffective manner.
