GROUP DEVELOPMENT STAGES2 The group dynamics involves various kinds of settings such as performing business meetings with the employees, social gathering, and students learning in class. Since in group dynamics the communication takes place between different group members and people with different attitude and behavior which results in causing several hindrances while meeting any desired goal (Forsyth, 2018). The action plan for improving the communication between different groups is as follows: 1.Forming stage:In the preliminary stage, it is necessary to allow all the group members to present their own ideas and behavior and later on, all the innovative ideas need to be combined before the final formulation. 2.Storming stage:In this stage, the arguments are required to be given by the group members that concentrate on sharing similar goals by the group members. 3.Norming stage:This stage involves various kinds of activities that allow the group members to perform negotiations with the group members (Levi, 2015). 4.Performing stage:The performing stage is considered to be the final stage that involves the participation of all the group members for carrying out several activities in a coordinating manner. The three major events which resulted in causing the meeting to be ineffective are as follows: 1.The absence of the vital health care professionalswho are required to participate in the meeting for solving any critical health care issues. 2.The health care professional came unprepared while participating in the meeting.

The best practices that can be implemented for creating an effective meeting are as follows: 1.A meeting needs to be having certain defined and specific purpose. 2.All the members of the meeting are required to be noted and they must be invited much before the conduction of the meeting. 3.It is necessary to stick with the meeting schedule and for that reason, it is necessary to develop an agenda for the meeting (Stewart & Shamdasani, (2014). 4.The duration of the meeting needs to be compact and accurate so that only the important points are going to be discussed in the meeting. The group dynamics and meeting effectiveness can be accomplished with the creation of a functional working infrastructure. The members involved in the meeting need to show trust, honesty, and openness with the co-workers for carrying out the process of effective group communication. The group dynamics can be structured properly with the clarification of roles and responsibilities for the group members. Roles are being given to the group members fro carrying out any particular process or operation (Dobbin & Kalev, 2015). Responsibilities are regarded as the specific tasks that are being given to the employees involved in the meeting. The strategies that are required to be implemented for improving the group dynamics are as follows: 1.Conduction of the diagnosis for knowing about the team.

The different stages of group development can be applied to the conduction of meeting in the following ways: 1.In the forming stage, the group members are required to be cautious and polite. 2.During the storming stage, the group members need to test about the issues that they are going to discuss in the meetings. 3.In the norming stage, one member provides values to the decision of other members (Levi, 2015). 4.In the performing stage, one member supports another member for implementation of the further ideas and plans.
