improving relations so that operations can be accomplished significantly.

■ Current economic situation of UK allows to have expansion because currency rate is
continuously improving.
■ Inflation and other economic values are under control which allows to improve the
performance using economic strength.
■ Economic reforms will allow Shell to advance the operational practice more effectively.

SOCIAL
■ Social need of nation and market must be analysed to meet the outcome.
■ If changes in operation are not according to changes in demography and education then
it might affect business negatively.
■ Rapid growth in social trends can motivate to advance the standards and operational
