Roles
I was tasked with the responsibility of gathering information on the solution of E-waste
while my friend tacked on the problems associated with E-waste. The role played in the group is
to research more details revolving around solutions on E-waste and make a coherent presentation
in the group (Lorinkova, & Perry, 2019). I was also tasked in adding more value to my friend’s,
for example, value addition through critiques and providing more points.
Output (what worked?)
Allocation of the task provided an excellent platform for us the participants to deliver on
a specific area. Distribution of duties in every group is critical and should be accompanied by
timelines (Lorinkova, & Perry, 2019).For example a pool of information was delivered through
prior research in a specific scoop.
Problems encountered and remedies.
In the group work, we did not arrange any time frame to facilitate delivery early enough,
and it resulted in deterring higher yield. An example, in this case, is making unplanned decisions
for group work meeting leading to unpreparedness during the presentation (Tarim, 2015). In our
case communication will always come from a central point and should be done early enough thus
enhancing better group work productivity
