Partnership Implementation Report
Introduction:
The duration of the partnership between Grow Management Consultants and King Edward
VII College is more than a year now. The partnership regarding the learning and training
activities has yielded the desired results that each had expected. At the same time, the
performance as predicted by both the entities has been up to the mark.
Grow Management Consultants is a consultancy firm that specializes in leadership
development programs. The services include activities like mentoring, coaching,
consultation, evaluation, best practices, expert advice and leading business entities by
developing appropriate leadership cultures. The company came up with a new business
strategy and accordingly, it was decided that over the next three years, the company would
establish itself as a learning organization.
At a management team workshop held recently, it was agreed that a partnership would be
established with an established RTO (Registered Training Organization). The objective of the
partnership was to have a system in place so that Grow Management trainers could attend the
courses offered by RTO. In return, the students of RTO could benefit from the business
connections related to practical sessions of office-related sessions.
Post evaluating a few parameters and discussions, it was found that King Edward VII College
would be the right partner.
Summary:
The client base of Grow Management Consultants has increased since the last one year. The
major factor has been the word of mouth promotion from the existing clients. It has resulted
in the need to hire two or three trainers, and obviously, Edward College happened to be a
unanimous choice. Accordingly, it was decided that a trainer exchange program with the
college would be initiated.
In order to have a comprehensive assessment of the partnership being considered, every
employee of both the organizations was given a questionnaire so it could be accessed whether
the specialised learning objectives are being fulfilled or not. Accordingly, the Administration
Officer of RTO had compiled the feedback and the comments of the students from the
Annual RTO document – Student Feedback.
The key factors considered for preparing this report are:
The survey output of Edward College employees.
The survey output of Grow Management staffs.
Feedback from the students.
Achievements:
As per the results of the survey conducted among the Edward college employees, more than
70 per cent said that they were happy with the collaboration. In terms of trust generation
among themselves, more than 60 per cent said that it had increased. In terms of internal
support, more than 65 per cent of the mass said there was an improvement than before. More

strategy and accordingly, it was decided that over the next three years, the company would
establish itself as a learning organization.
