Outcomes of the Report
To highlight the aims and objectives that are targeted to achieve through the partnership of
Grow Management Consultants and King Edward VII College. The report would be focused
on discussing the strategical plan of the college as well as the consultant group and would
identify the scope of collaboration.
Introduction:
This report is essentially focused on discussing the benefits that are expected to be attained
through the partnership of Grow Management consultants and King Edward VII College.
Before digging in the key objectives, let’s have a look at the strategic planning of the college
and the consultants.
Kingston Edward VII – Strategic Planning
Kingston Edward VII is a Sports and Science College located in Coalville, England. The
college focuses on promoting achievement and success and higher education by working for
the students from 14 to 19 years of age. They have continuously put effort into the following
targets, which are as follows:
Increasing the personal development, social and academic of the students to their full
potential.
Generate curiosity in the minds of their students by focusing on excessive practical
training rather than adopting the classroom teaching.
To be able to work independently and in collaboration with partners that would
increase the potential of the college to provide full academic excellence to its
students.
To be able to analyze the self-review and to be able to achieve the target set out at the
beginning of each year (Cassidy, 2016).
Developing the self-esteem of the students and respecting themselves and the
environment.
To make all the students reach their full potential in body, spirit and body.
To make the students flexible, which would help them adapt to the practices of the
modern world.
The management of the college aims at fulfilling these aims by applying the following
strategical plans:
