Has globalization been fair?
Globalisation significantly provide number of developmental
opportunities for organisations around the world through
diffusing technology, expanding investment, widening
market for goods and services and internationalization of
business process. Despite of having negative impact upon
working condition, international labour standards and social
protection globalisation provide much sustainable and
economical development opportunity. In order to promote
fair globalisation number of policies has been integrated
various countries in order to improve interaction among
international agencies to implement activities, strategies,
programs and policies for decent work in context of
globalisation.
Has globalization been fair? According to the analysis it has
been identified that globalisation has been fair and provide
significant growth and development opportunity to
organisations around the world. It allows companies to have
skilled and talented employees and have visibility in their
overall productivity and profitability around the world. In
terms of quantitative analysis it has been determined that
globalisation in mobility of workers has been increased due
to globalisation. According to the data of Germany it has

Thus, according to the above analysis it has been identified
that a fair outcome is underlined by positive growth and
development. It is essential to develop equal opportunities
