website of Bravo Pet. The organization aims to certain product and services for pet. There are a
different kind of business model available, but e-commerce is a transaction in between two that
is organization and individual. Bravo Pet makes use of B2C model. This particular model
requires knowledge about the public relation in between the different forms. In the report, the
implementation plan of the website by making use of SDLC approach has been provided. The

Introduction
The following report highlights about Bravo pet foods which have helped the raw diet
material by providing innovative, delicious food products, toys, and clothes. All of its food
products are easily available in the market. In the year 2002, an outgrowth for family-owned,
high-quality, human processing organization that kept the whole thing simple. (Zheng et al.
2018, pp-360). Most of its products are manufactured are made from USDA inspection and
human consumption of ingredients. Most of the poultry products are No Antibiotics and humanly
raised. The venison and lamb mainly come from New Zealand and from grass fed animals. The
organization owns the facility of food processing so that there can be physical control of
manufacturing right from the staring to end. The organization aim to belief for the dedication of
biological appropriateness that promotes much better health, longevity and energy
(Valmohammadi & Dashti 2016, pp-160). The organization has a notion right from the
beginning to educate the owners of cat and dog about benefits of food feeding and treats. The
mere focus is all about making healthy and convenient. The organization aims to deliver certain
innovative products and best quality products for becoming leader in natural diet industry.
In the coming pages of report, an idea has been provided with respect implementation
plan of website using SDLC model. The next section of the report deals with mobile web
presence which is considered for online business presence. In addition, e-commerce security
environment needed for overall e-commerce security has been provided. All the challenges in
online retail business have been provided in brief. The last section of the report deals with a list
of recommendation for the online business.
