Important information regarding complication such as cancer, dementia, pain, and oral health have been discussed in this study. Also, relevant information about welfare, healthy living tips, and mental health wellbeing are discussed. Strength The strength include: -Providing complete overview of health concerns; -Strategies to manage healthy-being is discussed; and -Available services are detailed, including the helpline numbers. The corresponding effect on community members is that they will be aware of the health complications and will be educated regarding effective strategies to adopt for managing self- health concerns (Huijg,et al., 2015). Weakness -The information present might not be helpful for people with dementia people. -Additionally, the community members, who requires visual aid and carer support for reading, cannot take advantage of the given information. -The information presented gives contact number and suggestion to meet physician, however it does not provide recommendation for self-management. -The possible solution suggested for all complication is to visit the local care center or meet physician. Communication strategy overview The information brochure uses clear description of related health concerns which are common for ageing people (NHS, 2019). Additionally, people of other age group can also take advantage of these information for raising their knowledge about health, awareness of available facility in their locality. The information presented are also helpful in making the community member educate about their own health. Other communication strategy include visit by social and health workers and directly giving information to relevant elderly people about their health issues and management opportunities. Additionally, offering check-list for each complication can enhance the opportunities for routine management by ‘self’, family members or by carer. The checklist can further be communicated with healthcare professionals for consultancy purpose. Overall, the objective is to, render effective lifestyle maintenance, measures to adopt healthy living, and provision to avail the health services are given in this study.
