providing healthy life to their client and people of society. It is my responsibility to maintain safe
surrounding in working premises to provide satisfactory services to people (Lee, Mahendra and
Alvarez, 2010). The various legislation like Health and safety at work act defines different
provision that restricts the practices which may negatively effect safety of an individual.

relation with health and safety in order to ensure safety and protective environment in services of
social care. The Food act defined every health and safety care home such as NHS should ensure
cleanliness in food preparation area, maintain hygiene in workplace and provide healthy food the

As a social health care worker I should responsibly activating in following all the provision
related with health and safety of myself and also of my client and people is working with. While
dealing with a my current services user who is suffering from mental illness and living in a old
home in city with his pet. So, there is various risk factor to health and safety of my client i.e.
there is huge chances of getting infection from his pet. There is also risk of injuries and manages
due to old conditions of furniture and home. So, while dealing with any moving and handling
object practices I have to take proper acre of me and my services user safety. While I should also
take care that pet is should given bath every day to reduce risk of infection. I should also
maintain a proper care plan to assist the mental illness of person and provide him proper
medicine on time and motivate him to carry some important psychic health building exercises to
recover faster from illness.
Conclusion
This can be concluded that I face many risks during responsibly accomplishing my duties
towards the service user. I accessed large number of risk during my my working in health and
social care services. The various risk like getting infection from others, developing contagious

solving dilemma. Dilemma refer to the condition in which a complication situation have to face

every organisation have to face dilemma cause of diversity in the interests and opinions of
people (Demerouti and Bakker, 2011). In the given case, Mr. Sam is 45 years old under the
Mental capacity Act 2005. he is suffering from mania and have not been on roadside from past
few years. Now he wants to buy a newspaper. Here is the productive solution or relations p0f
policies or system (Demerouti and Bakker, 2011). Th metal capacity act was passed by
parliament in 2005 applied on Wales and England, According to this act, there is a legal structure
for making decision and acting on the behalf of those adults who is suffering from lack of mental
capacity. In respected case, care worker can make the decision which would be good for Mr.
Sam as well as compete his wish. He can assists Sam and go along with for the purchase, This is
how provider can guide him and Mr. Sam would feel good.

In an business organisation, if managers are implemented various health and safety
practices then they can easily achieve their goals and objectives in a certain time period. Along
with this, health and social care practices are helpful in managing an ethical and positive working
environment in which employees can perform in effectively. Implementation of health and safety
policy is vital part and realistic move in order to deliver pervasive atmosphere which prevent
employees from any kind of harm or injury. It should combines all actions in order to sort out as
well as regulate safety matter. If an organisation will be worked in ethical manner then it could
improves its reliability and goodwill in target market. Health and safety policies are also helpful
in assessing future risk posed through their activities. It is the duty of health care providers to use
report to their employer by measuring the effectiveness of policies whether it is safe or unsafe for
working environment (World Health Organization, 2013). Strong H & S practices are also
assistive in implementing positive and friendly relations at workplace so as to gain better
outcomes in a certain time period. Furthermore, it is also assistive in finding out common
