Introduction
Every care homes are required to have proper documentations of the health and safety of the
employees along with the patents or the residents so that accidents can be prevented from suh
places. In this case, it can also be stated that at the time of the induction in Aldgate East Care
Home, the documents that were provided regarding the health and safety of the employees were
not adequate at all that will ensure the employees and other people to be safe and secured.
Therefore, based on various fields the research has been conducted that it is essential for the care
homes to incorporate appropriate proper rules a regulations that will help the employers to
comply with the Health and safety of the employees and other residents. In this report, the
various policies and the regulations that are effective for the health and safety of the employees
and other residents have been explained with efficacy.
