We have had cases of an employee who has constantly failed to observe the discipline despite several warnings. Calls for training have also been futile because he ends up not attending. This has been a risky move and therefore we have thought that it’s wise to come up with a discipline program for safety violations so that each and every employee can adhere to them. Developing this program is very important because it will enhance safety in the office. There will be rules to be followed and for those who will not will face consequences. Coming up with this discipline will ensure that every employee will have a set of rules to adhere to. It is also important to come up with these measures to ensure that the public is safe. Any organization that carriers its activities in an unsafe manner always puts off the customers and the workers. Customers are not likely to walk into an unsafe store or organization that has all the potential hazards. The organization must prioritize safety above anything else and also maintain good customer care.
HEALTH AND SAFETY7 The other reason for these measures is to protect employees. We would agree that the act of preventing potential death and accidents by the employees is a natural top most priority. Many safety issues occur when companies do not train their employees properly on safety procedures and protocols .To ensure productivity we must ensure that employees do not face injuries. References
