INTRODUCTION
Research is a systematic investigation which is used for specific areas in which company
attain appropriate outcomes. Basically, it plays an important role in evaluating valid conclusion
by investigating entire activities of the research. Every study defines their specific targets which
needs to be effectively understood by company to improve their performance by taking right
options (Smith, 2015). Present report is based on the health and social care for any business
organization in order to improve individual’s health and their issues. Mainly, this part is based on
Wellington Hospital which is the largest independent hospital in UK. Along with this,
appropriate plans and procedures are also mentioned in this project which helps in improving the
overall outcomes in an effective manner. It also define appropriate and suitable resources which
aid in determining the project specification. At the last of the study is discussed about effective
evaluation of techniques which helps in drawing valid conclusion.

Title: “To evaluate appropriateness of services for recovery of mental health individuals – A
case study on Wellington Hospital”.
Present research project is based on Wellington Hospital which is the largest independent
hospital in UK. It is a part of HCA international groups which provide quality services to its
clients in order to recover health issues of individuals. For attaining positive outcomes,
organization needs to modify their aspects for attaining positive results in an appropriate way.
For this, it is important to determine the effectiveness of the services for offering better
satisfaction to the people (Aveyard, 2014). By this, Wellington hospital attains better benefits by
delivering health services to its customers in order to establish their objectives in an appropriate
way.
Aims:
It is an important part of research project which defines a blueprint for goals which are
attained by company in a specific time frame. With the help project aim, researcher executes all
activities effectually by understanding about the particular element. In this, aim of Wellington
Hospital helps in improving the whole research study which is:
