INTRODUCTION.The health care industry is nowadays facing the major issuers due to the rapid change inthe privacy of laws, policy and regulation along with governance style of organization. The issuemajorly faced the today's organization is the shortage of nurses. There is more concern growingnowadays is retention of nurses becomes more imminent. Due to the recent economicdepression, the nurses has been in the list of shortage. The shortage of the nurses can be turnedout to be devastating in heath care delivery system. Hence the challenges is worth forconsideration. There is the implementation of the confidentiality policy of working in NHS(National Health Service) along with unprotected title by regulatory framework in law in unitedkingdom.PART ONE Leadership is considered as the important in the mental heath nursing as the mentalhealth nurses are the agents for change and the management role, leadership along withcharacteristic existing at various level in health care. There are various principles that need to befollowed as the leadership guides for the nurses in the mental health is such as the the betterapproach seek for the self improvement along with being technically proficient. The nursesshould be the one who take the responsibility along with their action to make sound and timelydecision. The nurse should have the concern regarding the mental health patient and look out forthe well being of the mental illness. The leadership of the nurse by the senior authority should besuch a way that they simply understood and developed the sense of responsibility andaccomplished their goals toward the organization.According to Grossman and Valiga, (2016) there are systematic conduct of the literaturereviews of leadership in nursing and outcomes of patient, through which it has been identifiedleadership is good methodological approach to be complected in mental heath hospitals. As perthe view of Brennan and Bakken (2015) the leader member exchange (LMX) was not well as itis the wider concept to acknowledge the leaders in the mental illness. The author Cherry andJacob (2016) also stated that the the clinical health care staff should have the properunderstanding of the roles insetting, inspiring and the having promotion of values.
