engaged in policy at different type of stages such as : agenda setting, analysis process, policy
information, implementation, evaluation of policy. In other word, stakeholders are the recipient
in the development of policies. Determination of success and failure of public policy is depended
upon the improvement in the lives of them (Rice, Hartmann‐Boyce and Stead, 2013).
Policy makers in an organization must listen to the stakeholders. they can utilize these
opportunities to influence the policies in many ways in the business. The relationship between
policy makers and stakeholders is in two way process.

care department can be as follows: Investors: These are the people who are involved in investment aspects of the health care set
up. If any changes are brought in policy formation of the organization it is important to make
them notice. In such cases, it is important to ensure that the new policy structure for
advanced care of nursing has been discussed with them. It also helps in addressing the issue
of financial and resource feasibility that may not be noticed by the management (Butts and
Rich, 2013). Patients / Service users: Since, these are the ultimate users and client for the organization, it

practice must appropriately be. Health care professionals: These are the people who are responsible for delivering health
