Sarstedt, 2021). monitoring and controlling the risk
factors to achieve success. The presentation is related
to Astra Plc. This company is engaged in vitamin and
mineral based food supplements. The plan in the
presentation contains strategies to launch the “Health
and fitness app” to bring an expansion in the
portfolio.

PROJECT SCOPE
The plan related to the Astra Plc project, the company’s main aim is to
increase the equity by launching health and fitness app.

OBJECTIVES
The following presentation which is related to the project
plan includes the determination and documentation on the
list of specific goals, timelines, deadlines, deliverables
and task in accordance with the project.

DELIVERABLES
The app will help the customers to measure the ECG,
blood pressure level, will also evaluate calories, it will
also provide the trainer who will give virtual training,
fitness awareness program.

meets all the criteria, goals, and budget of
project which has defined (Aanbari, and
Kwak, 2018).

Following are the Implementation processes to bring the app into existing:
Designing of the app- The first step would be to design the app which would help the
business of Astra plc to take up its planned project. The technology will measure the
footsteps, heartbeats. It will also give notifications, social sharing, video content on
fitness and also choices to set up an objective (Heigermoser, de Soto, Abbott, and Chua, 2019).
App testing- It is necessary to check the app working before app deployment. So that’s
why to overcome congenial issues like testing of functionalities sever related check-up
and etc, Project manager of Astra plc will do compatibility test.
App Launching- App is ready for launching after doing all above process and dissect the
targets.

The resources which are required by the business of Astra plc to
