Canadian community through the thirteen provincial as well as territorial systems particularly of
the publicly funded health care (Pringle & White, 2016). Nonetheless, this article will dwell on
two provinces including Manitoba Health Care System and British Colombia health care system
(BC).
Manitoba Health Care System Structure
In essence, the Manitoba health care system has been in the forefront of leading a
development of variety of policies as well as system planning and is, therefore, bestowed
responsibility for overall funding, oversight accountability, and performance requirements
(Targownik, Goertzen, Luo, & Leslie, 2017).
