Introduction
Implementation of health management application has been increasing. This report will
also include a proper case study that will ensure understanding of the functioning of the health
management application. Projection of the identifying of the purpose pf the project completion
will also be stated in this report. The equipment’s that are required for better management of the
project are also stated in this report.
The local hospital has been planning to develop an application that will be required for
better prosecution of the patient treatment with the help of increase in connectivity among the
patients and the stakeholders of the business organization. The mobile application that is to be
built must be easy on the go as this will ensure the detail that the organization of the scheme will
et achieved higher efficiency.
Identifying the purpose of the project
The reason of using the mobile application are as follows: -
Keeping the doctor’s updated: The mobile health application will help then patients to
constantly update the doctors regarding their physical condition. This will help the doctors in
staying well informed with the projection of health-related issues that are faced by their patients.
Getting accustomed with the demands that are made by their patients are one of the main reasons
that the projection of the management will get affected. This proper understanding of the patient
requirement helps in better decision making of the doctors.
Staying in touch of the doctors: with the high availability of the smart phones the main
advantage that is present in the projection of the management incudes better understanding of the

the patients will get easier with the help of the mobile application. Better engagement of the

manner. This is the foremost motive that the prosecution of the scheme will get managed with

Better management scope: data management of the hospital acts as one of the main
aspects that is to be performed in a better manner. In case better management of the project is to
be done, the main advantage that is achieved includes better arrangement of the prosecution and
this will help in better completion of the projects and taking better cares of the data that are
stored. With the assistance of the mobile application the chief benefit that will be received

monitoring patient data remotely using wearable devices. These devices collect data from patient
body and send to system server. The system analyzes those patient health data to identify
patient’s health condition. These data are extremely vital for providing proper treatment to
critical patients (Filipe, Fdez-Riverola & Pereira 2015).

Configuration of the mobile health application are as follows: -
 8 Gb ram will be required
 High end graphics must be embedded in order to get a better experience
 Windows 7 must be used.
 Usage of Kony Visualizer (4 GB) and Android SDK (2 GB) must be done.
 64-bit X 86 processor must be used.

 Java SE runtime management must be done (Luo, Dooner & Clarke 2015).
Project commencement requirement
HIPPA risk management should be performed. Robustness of the platform can be
checked with the help of the HIPPA test. Stability of the hardware and software is also
performed in this test. Examination the stability of the hardware and software mode of
transacting the data can be made safer. This insists the fact that the management of the project
will get performed in a better manner.
Optimization of the pre-launched flow of work must be tested as well. With the help of
efficient optimization better understanding of the project will be performed as well. Deciding the
technique of the launching as per the management of the project will be prosecuted as well.
Providing proper training is also considered to be one of the most important aspect of the
management system. If proper training is provided to the employees the main benefit that will be
relished is that the patients will be benefitted in the management section.
