There are several and numerous significances that lies with the healthy lifestyle such as having more energy in daily activities, boosts up immunity, and aids in keeping the medication bill down. The report also comprises fear and worries with the health and associated social media, social contact of people in the contemporary and modern world. Social isolation and social distancing In the contemporary world, the modernity in the terms of health has vastly altered and modified. There are several studies which shows that perceived social distancing and social isolation is a significant component in leading a healthy life. In addition, the health associated quality life during the Covid-19 pandemic taught us the right path of living a healthy lifestyle.
