INTRODUCTION
Intervention can be defined as the combination of program strategies or elements that
organized to create behavioural changes or increase health status among entire population.
In intervention comprises health promotional campaigns, educational programs or
improvement in environment. Intervention is the act of involvement, interfering with the
intent of adapting.
In this presentation will discuss about smoking intervention program in respect improving
health wellbeing of targeted audience i.e. young adults.

Background
Smoking has become one of the major discussion points across the world
specially in UK because more than 14.1% population means around 6.9
million people are current smoker in UK which is quite wide ratio (Turning
the tide on tobacco: Smoking in England hits a new low. 2018).
