INTRODUCTION
Health, safety and well-being refers to the fundamental approach in order to provide
safe living environment for individuals. It is also helping the individuals’ in the context of
medical treatment, maintaining adequate staffing on the basis of client’s needs, access to the
suitable activities. The documentation will discuss the concept of health & social care and
identifying the appropriate use of policies, procedures, legislation, risks and threats.
MAIN BODY
1.1)
Health & safety at workplace act 1974, it provide the better opportunity for person to
handle legal duties, roles and responsibilities related to the safety. This will help to
create a safe working environment for employees.
Reporting of disease, injuries regulation 2013, the legislation should be recorded the
incident of serious accidents, measured the incidents by authorities of health & safety
(Piao, Xie and Managi, 2022).
The regulatory reform order 2005, this regulation is supporting to setup a specific
procedure and identify that how every workplace must be protected or prevented
against fire.
1.2) the main points are considered the health & safety policies which is mainly agreed with
employers because they are helping people to protect or secure workers from harms (Leka
and Jain, 2022). By using health & safety policies, it is regularly reviewed the demand of
workers and ensure that all kind of procedures support in the health protection.
1.3) Here are determined the responsibilities of everyone in terms of health & safety.
As employees-
To maintain a reasonable care of yourself and other people.
For purpose care, it uses personal protective equipment.
Reporting the manager regards of hazards.
Attend a training session.
As employers-
Ensuring that maintain a safe working culture or environment.

Performed risk assessments to determine any kind of hazards and reduce its high
level.
Make an effective plan for health & safety emergencies.
As self-
Taking care of all protection facilities.
Following a proper workplace procedures.
Try to avoid mis-use of safety equipment’s

special training.

On the basis of analysis, it has been identified that perform different tasks with adequate
training, which will be increasing level of risks. As a result, it can easily estimating the result
or outcome in terms of injury. The employer must ensure that all kind of training perform
with suitable role and interact with others. At that time, it does not require a training but
needs to be completed tasks in proper manner.
2.1) Managing the level of safety and health is an essential aspect for business management.
It must have conducted a risk assessment to identify the dangers, risks present in their
workplace. In some cases, it is also implementing control to guarantee that hazards, risks do
not affects the staff members (Tender and et. al., 2022). The employer’s obligation is ensured
that occupational safety & health including compliance related with OSH and imposed by
national legislation. This will help to perform different tasks in terms of planning, execution,
assessment & action for improvement.
All kind of rules & procedures have followed the common thing: - It can be informed
everyone how to accomplish something and find a place of safety. In some situation, it has
been included clear instruction which must be included in health & safety policies.
2.2) In the context of health & safety, it comes to focus on the important thing about
everyone who have played an important role. By considering the specific guidelines,
